My wedding took place at this venue and it was my worst experience with devanshi...they had promised full support but exactly during the wedding the air conditioners stoped working,there was no water in the rooms,the staff didn't even look for alternatives like arrangements of fans... Worst experience ever....never book their banquet hall and spoil ur big day

I have given 3 stars because there was no cleanliness. Bedsheets were not clean. Rooms were smelly. Service was ok ok. Location wise it's good and very spacious. A lot of things can get better. Like staff need to be neat and tidy, their attentiveness.

Had booked for 2 nights, location was little off road but check in was smooth, rooms ac, washroom, Bed everything was perfect. Considering the rate they charge.staff was very co operative had food the guy at room service was helpfull in ordering food, Rates was on little higher but tasty pl try butter chicken, butter naan perfect combination would recommend to others. As they have banquet halls on wedding there might be little delay for the services but I was content pl try South Indian BF.

Visited here atleast 4-5 times Ambience: Good for couples as well as family. What I like about this place Location: In the heart of panvel city but reaching there can tricky. Room size: Room are very spacious (huge) with a queen size bed , you'll get ample amount of space in that price range. Food : The most important thing food as I belong to vidharbha I prefer spicy so if you are choosy with your flavours this is not the right place for you. Food prices are little bit expensive here compared to other restaurants (600-900 for one time meal of 2 people). Food is covered in plastic foil which is ++ for me. I will rate 2/5 in taste but 4/5 in quality(hygienic). Service : Trust me they are quick at the service. Whatever problem you face they will help you without any hesitation. Problems I faced here (Reason for 2 stars) - 1)Poor room service telephone, it's wire was coming off again & again 2)There will be 1-2 light bulb that will be not working 3)Refrigerator was not working 4)Poor shower/tap quality of some rooms. 5) food was expensive with no taste you'll have to guide them according to your need (outside food is not allowed which is biggest turnoff for me) Overall my experience was good 3/5 for this hotel. If you want little premium stay with affordable price this is for you

It will be better if you lookafter your own food because cost of food is 3 to 4 time higher than market rate and quantity is not good. I suggest that don't force people for costly food. it is very hectic to go outside and eat but don't carry in hotel because of restrictions .because peoples needs self satisfied food not by your choice and they want to freedom to eat in their paid room.otherwise everything is ok .

It was worst hotel a lot overpriced l........worst ever food except sandwich...no proper light....Even electric were cut off most of time.....Never ever go this hotel...if you ever reached then never order food

Rooms are clean and precious, but AC is not in good condition. Service is good.
