Dear sir, This is navaneetha krishan , had purchased MICRA XL Petrol , vehicle number TN01 AQ 5479. I have dropped my vehicle for service in pondicherry nissan show room( Vignesh nissam) on 5th August. for the first 4 days they did do any service or they didn't contact me. When I called them on 8th ,after a huge quarrelsome , I asked for quotation and on 11th aug I personally again went to the show room and I have got the quotation and paid the advance 10k. Then hardly after 17 days they delivered me my vehicle with wrong billing but I have paid total sum of 35,587 . When I asked about the billing after 2 says they told me that they will refund my amount back. but till date ( 30aug ) I didn't receive my amount back. I took my car only twice after my service, but yesterday my vehicle got break down. For labour service alone I have paid 8k. This is pathetic service I have received my your side. People working are not bother about the service their providing to the customer. During this lockdown ,it is very difficult for me to come show room for drop and pick up my vehicle since I want a proper service from nissam show room but I got a worst service from your end. This service made very bad perspective about Nissan. This mail is to bring to your notice that how poor service providing to your customer.I have attached the correct billing below for amount of 32,526 but whatever I have spend for the vehicle is not worthy and it is forgery thing for providing the worst service to customer. I hope this will be corrected at your end and do the needful and henceforth kindly provide the proper service to your customer.
