The infrastructure used to be good but due to lack of maintenance it's not kept well now. The staff is not at all friendly. They will demand the full day's tariff even if you check out only 3-4hrs late. Wouldn't recommend.
Worst hotel experience in my entire life they only look for customers who can pay for the room irrespective that could ruin hotel's reputation and integrity. Worst room service ever no management at all. Ignored requested services and charges are not worth at all. Please do not waste your money on such pathetic hotel at all not a family hotel at all
It's amazing place to go and spend your private time It's a really decent place and staff and reception staff is so cooperative and polite amazing experience you can also hire their banquet for small get togethers with gathering of 80-100 people and also make your family to stay at hotel for any of your functions.

Highly unorganised staff and management. Inspite of pre-booking and advance payment my guest was asked to shift to a low grade nearby hotel with substandard room quality. The guest faced such harrasment late in the night. Non dependable hotel and services.

One of the worst experiences I had. My flight was delayed and had checked in really late. I was woken up at 3 am to pay bill. This could have been done at check in or check out. The room was not clean. Lots of mosquitoes - both alive and dead everywhere. They didn't give me a key for the room. There was cigarette ash in the bathroom. Just one dirty towel and soap with no other toiletries. No cutlery or tissues were provided with food until asked. All this over and above the mess up with online booking.
