Becareful of the bait and switch tactic. We were promised 1200 rupee rooms, then were brought to the rooms. When we paid, they said 150pl0 rupees because 2 of our rooms were bigger. Why bring us to the bigger room if we finalised on 1200 room ? None functioning water heater. WiFi not working as well. Blanket made my skin itch. Service was good though and mattress was comfortable.
None secure parking at the back.
Seriously i dont want to rate as its literally Worst place to stay in Muzzaffarpur.. rooms are not clean and even worst staff ( manager don't have to talk)
Met with the owner, He will try to show that his hotel is running at low prices but actually if you take food from there then you will get understand its more expensive then other hotels. Owner don't have a sense how to behave to a customer/client.
He promises something and does anything.
My personal view is DON'T EVER STAY AT THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ACTUALLY HAVE ANY KIND OF OPTION.
it is the worst hotel i have ever stayed.. we should throw eggs n kachra on this.. bcz it is a kachra hotel nly.. rooms are lyk u will get in n just to the bed nly n if u will keep ur feet down from bed u will be out of the room.. food worst.. we got hair n makhkhi in food.. n charges are o god... so pricey for hair wala food..nothing is working.. gyser mosquitos repelent nothng works.. they are jst worst.. dnt waste ur 1200 rs for this hotel room..

If you visit there you should stay there. As they offer rooms for very reasonable price and it's cost efficient.
To worst behavior with customer by managment and owner . Not responsible for hotel services . Very poor service and quality. And her honour is always behavior roughly . Me and my family is regular customer of this hotel but at today his honour behave very bad with me and my official staff .
