Hotel Deoki Niwas Palace - Hotel in Jaisalmer - Jaisalmer, India

We visited Deoki niwas in Nov 23 for 3 nights. The food was ok... Drainage at wash basin was not ok....but later it was repaired after complaint. Staff was good and co operative. Breakfast was with limited option and not much veriety daily in Jain breakfast. Pool was very dirty. Overall ok bcz near to railway station.

Had a very bitter experience. Firstly there were less guests as it was off season time. Secondly the hotel is not in the state to occupy many guests as well. Leaking bathrooms and poor ambience. Photos uploaded online are opposite to what is offered here. The room Ac is pathetic don't know when they last serviced it. Swimming pull was in a disgusting state. Bathrooms need big time renovation . They have earned name in the past but now it's all wasted. Not worth a penny. I would suggest not to book rooms here and go to other new places as at least in the initial time the hotel is worth . Save your money and avoid booking this hotel.

Had a very smooth experience in the hotel ..It's Interior designing was amazing same goes to the services provided and the food quality was excellent..in a nutshell a perfect hotel to stay in Jaisalmer

Worst service experience in 4 days tour of jaisalmer , rooms given are so dirty in washroom there are used cigratte thrown ,and beds are also bad have dirt on them , the staff behavious was also not good . I advice not to visit there

It's worth waste of money. No service at all. AC was not working,no water to bath,no proper cleanliness,no toiletry provided. Atleast they should keep AC in waiting area. Only 2 table fan. Should not visit again and even not to tell anyone to come

Heritage look well designed and constructed good parking area, yummy kitchen restaurant taste, clean and hygiene

My room was average. Service was prompt and quick. The bathroom had a water draining problem. I was surprised to see that the waste wasn't cleared for many days and so the draining problem occurred. Lizards accompanied during our stay. So better close all ur luggage when not in the room. Complimentary breakfast was ok with a very limited menu. Swimming pool water wasn't cleared, so don't expect to have pool experience.

My experience at Deoki Niwas was average. The rooms were not very clean and had dirty table tops and cushions. The service was really slow. The washrooms were clean. They also have a swimming pool which is quite aesthetic. The breakfast buffet didn't have a lot of options but the food was decent. We also ordered fried rice and manchurian in the room which was not at all good.
