Hotel Delhi Darbar - Hotel in Ajmer - Ajmer, India

This not a good hotel at all considering they charge Rs. 1000/- for a room. The staff are very rude and unfriendly including the owner. The bathroom are very shabby and unclean; the telephone to call the reception does not work; the TV they have installed is a small 14 inch which looks 20 yrs old; the rooms are claustrophobic; there are no extra points for the charger or any device and you need to unplugged the TV to charge your mobile. The cleaning staff always demand for money whenever they come for cleaning; the housekeeping staff will not bother to supply water, towel, bathroom soap unless you keep pleading. Everyone seems to be very arrogant here. I was emotionally attached to this Hotel because way back in 2015 I had a very horrible experience in a different hotel and late night at 1AMI had to check out and involve the police to get my refund. At that time a Muslim staff of Delhi Darbar came to my aid and offered room. But in the following 2 visits to Ajmer I could not find that angel staff who worked there for whom I used to blindly visit the hotel. My suggestion is you will get better hotels at much cheaper price. Now, the choice is yours.

This is my first experience, guys please not give him 5 rating his nature is so rude his behaviour and staff's behaviour also very cheap and the receptionist he doesn't have manners to talk guest and specially females the rooms are very dirty and Air condition doesn't work properly I really wanna to tell you don't waste your money in these kind of hotels please first you should check rooms and services then should pay don't go in this bad or poor hotel

good budget hotel in ajmer just 50 meters distance from dargah and here staff is cooperative ,helpful and kind and honest also manager mr. harish is a good person who can also do special arrangements for dargah visit ,here all rooms are well ventilated and front rooms have dargah and market .This hotel is safe for families and couples. Room Tip: front room are having great view of dargah--- ----Stayed October 2015, -----travelled with family

It's been the most disgraceful hotel my family has come across. The booking was done at the last moment, because my Mom wasn't able to check in where she had too. I, paid online .. for 2 nights but when my mom approached the hotel the manager Mr Harish informed that they don't have ... and asked them to leave and informed me to claim my money ... When my family was about to leave the hotel Mr harish said I can clean one room and give u if you pay Rs1400. My mom didn't have n option because they were all ladies including a 70 year old aunty. She paid the amount n checked in. Besides that the bell & intercom wasn't working, when told to the staff they advised to call from the cell phone. The list can go on and on. But my suggestion is to people not to stay here even if u have an option for free. These people just harassed my family as they were ladies and over charged them.

Very good hotel n 5 mins walking to buland darwaza. Staff was very helpful and also d owner allowed me to check-in @ 6.30am and also given 4 hrs extra to check-out. I recommend this hotel to all and its value for money. Thankx Goibibo and Delhi darbar

Pros: 1. Very near to the Dargah (you can see the dargah gate from the hotel) 2. Hot water available 3. Enough for 3 bachelors or a family Cons: 1. Poor room service (if you want to buy water bottle you have climb down all the 4 storey building to the counter) 2. Beds are not hygienic (but OK) 3. The person at the counter may smile a bit...

Room and washroom very small in toilet flush is not working water tabs are broken for hot water need to waste 2 to 3 bucket of water it is wastage of water and time also.Room service and staff behavior is good.
