Hotel Delhi 55 - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

I would give 0 out of 5 if I could.They showed us the room at Apple Inn and after taking the booking money, they gave it to another person when we went to check in the next day they said that the room was not available. Then they said they've another hotel named delhi55 and told us to stay there. As we had no option, we were forced to stay at hotel delhi55. Trust me, after going there, we came to know that not only us but many other customers of hotel dehli55 have fallen prey to this scam. They show apple inn's room and after taking the booking money they told everyone that room was not available they mistakenly gave it to another person and sent them to hotel dehli55. And their hotel dehli55 is very old. Room condition was very poor, bathroom is dirty. The jet spray of the toilet is broken, the water keeps falling out of it, the hot water does not come properly, the faucet of the basin is broken too. The scariest experience of my life was rats running around the room. Worst experience of my life. This whole incident gave a bad impression about Indians and I will never come to this country again in future.

I booked this hotel because it's close to NDLS and I had an early train the next day. It's convenient if you are looking for stay near railway station. The room was average, but they allowed outside food, so we ordered from Zomato. The staff was nice.

Good service and neet and clean hotel staff behaviour was faithful And receptionist manager Anmol was so nice and friendly I will tell my all friends one time you stay in this hotel

Everything is good but the prices of some stuff are very high like water bottle is of 60 rs, They charge 600 rs for an Extra bed and one room is more expensive than others just because it has a window.THEY CHARGE 500 MORE FOR THE WINDOW ROOM.

Very Bad And Poor Sarvice The Staff Is Talking Like Hum Hindu Hai Hum Bjp Wale Hai I visit Many times But this time bad had khatmal when we ask to staff to chng thay sent this statement in front of me n my family if the negetivity hi failana h to kindly paste a Bourd on outside their all relegion not allowed inside Very Bad if the owner is reading my cmnt kindly staff apke buisness ke lyk rkha jaye nafrat duniya m wese hi bhut h kripa kr k ap na failaye

The place is cozy, feel comfortable to stay with family and has a good service with good amenities I think if ur looking for a out stay u should book this hotel must give a try

Not worth,too noise in room , n they didn't even give us big room even though it was pre booked for 3 .. single bed they gave not comfortable at all and high priced for this service

I had an incredible stay at this hotel!. The service was exceptional. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, and the amenities were top notch, highly recommended!.
