We booked best room( Deluxe) room. But they had provided inferior quality rooms( executive or superior type). Rooms are very old, damaged and not even single star category. In house drunken guests knocked our doors frequently throughout the night. Not recommended for family. Breakfast had very limited choice.

My stay at Hotel Deep Palace was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The rooms were not only clean and comfortable but also beautifully decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in room service was evident, and the amenities provided exceeded my expectations.

Stayed in this hotel twice and was happy with the services. Rooms are old but big enough and clean. Bathrooms are clean. Only hurdle was the bath tub which is not required. Room service was also prompt. Food is a bit costly compared to hotel status. Front elevation is superb as per the name "Palace". Huge parking area if you come with your own car. Definitely recommend for mid size hotel.

The hotel area is very big with big parking. A lawn area is also inside the hotel building. But the building is too old. I got a ground floor room, room is clean but not the bed or quilt. There is bathtub in bathroom but it's too old and very dirty a dummy type. It's better to keep that out from the bathroom as no use of that in the bathroom. The toiletries (soap) is also used wrapped in a general plastic. Service and location is very good. I ordered two cups of tea and two water bottles. They had given two cups of tea in 200 bucks and they forgot to give the water. The entrance and exit is bit confusing as the building is old. I don't prefer it again due to tea/food rates and old structure.

In short, Just Avoid. My entire family suffered health condition due to room conditions. No ventilation in the rooms, not even in the bathrooms. When enquired in the reception I came to know There is Not a single room with exhaust fans. Building is very old, not maintained and not upgraded. Color combinations of furniture, walls, bathroom conditions, bed sheets, bathroom Floors, room service, name anything, there's a big question mark to everything. Have never felt so bad in my life after booking online and regretting after getting the rooms. I booked standard room with extra bed for 3 nights. Upon entering the room, then and there we requested for changing the room as the standard room was not upto usual standards. Since we went out upon check in, receptionist said that we will change/upgrade , but you have to pay 500 per day extra. This is the service they tend to provide. First of all no proper rooms, and then they charge over and above. The hotel is huge, with no maintaince. During our stay, We hardly saw 3/4 families. No proper lights inside rooms or in corridors. Feels like a old house boot bungalow. Their restaurant menu is way too overpriced. Mineral water is charged at 53 per bottle. Tea at 85 per cup. Rest one can imagine the rates. And we never tasted beyond tea, which was OK. Service is so bad, and time consuming. So, avoid this hotel. Location is OK, but you will find better hotels at this range near better locations. Am utterly dissatisfied with the choice of this property. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!

Food quality and quantity is good. Rooms are not even OK. A bit expensive but the service was good. They also have live Ghazal performances daily at their restaurant area.

Not recommend especially with family!! The hotel pictures them as a palace but in reality it gives a very unwelcoming ambience. The corridors are vey claustrophobic infrastructure is very old which limits the facilities , ACs are without remote and no temperature control facilities, washrooms are very very small no place to bath other than bathtub which is also tarnished thus high risk of getting injured. We got these facilities in deluxe room after paying 500 extra. Otherwise your room would have been at the last and dark of the palace. Coming to the restaurant menu it is over priced as per the quality of the food served and you can't sit and eat in the restaurant cause they turn into pub and smoking zone despite the no smoking sign. Worst part is the staff will ask you to go back to the room rather than the smokers. We paid 500 extra to upgrade our rooms to deluxe still got such services. If you're going with superior rooms only, they will put in the most backward rooms faraway from stairs or lift. Even the prices are not so affordable that you expect such experience. Not at all recommended for family with children. Wrost experience in my life
