Hotel Deep - Hotel in Mussoorie - Dehradun, India

Nice view with awesome location but service is something that needed much improvement despite of informing multiple times television was not fixed neither were the geysers working properly and no one was answering to room service calls for more than one time. Neither was the gym available even though it was mentioned in amenities so I would say apart from the location nothing was right.

Room was good at its price and affordable. Washroom was clean. Wifi was not working even after multiple complaints to reception staff.

Room was spacious with beautiful wooden wall ambiance.Washroom was great . Terrace garden was very beautiful with picturesque view.

The rooms are very neat and clean. The property is right on the mall road which is the prime location, however if u are hiring a scooty things can't get more difficult, since rental scooty is not allowed inside mall road you need to walk everytime.

Overall experience is OK. View is good but the facilities and food provided at the hotel is not so good.

THE WORST HOTEL IN THE HISTORY OF MANKIND!Where do I even start? I wish I could give a negative ratings but unfortunately that option is not available. As we were traveling by bike, it took us way too long to travel to Mussourie due to heavy rain. Do not even expect a polite or a civilized welcome because the staff here is completely unruly and untrained. Despite calling in to inform about a late check in, there were no towels or toiletries in the room. A 'single towel' was provided for 2 terribly drenched people. Zero on brains. After requesting for another one, we were told they do not have towels. Are you even kidding me! STAINS IN THE WASHROOMThe highlight of the room is definitely the washroom. Jokes apart, even after reporting the incident to the hotel staff, all we could get back is " Sorry, there is no staff from the sanitation team to clean the seat, please manage till the next morning". After a heated discussion at the reception and literally begging our way out of the situation, the night duty guy at the front desk sent a man from the housekeeping staff who had the audacity to yell in our face. I lost my mind at that very moment. The guy was extremely lazy, rude, misbehaved and reluctant to take care of the very basic thing he was sent to do to our room late at night - CLEAN THE STAINS ON THE TOILET SEAT AND SANITIZE IT TO PREVENT FURTHER INFECTION. Instead he thought it would be a better idea to thrash & insult the guests. Cherry on top of the cake - he banged the main door in faces on his way out mumbling nonsense while upset about disturbing him for this apparently irrelevant thing as per him. I would also like to add the the bed sheet had disgusting brown stains accompanied bya terribly dirty and dusty room phone (pictures attached). Zero COVID norms followed. -100 stars for cleanliness.The next morning I personally reported the incident to the owner of the Property Deepak Gupta hoping he would probably give the staff a piece of his mind and offer an apology. Nothing of that sort happened. Instead of addressing the issue at hand, he was busy chit chatting on WhatsApp and back to back calls while I was sitting in his face narrating the entire episode. He decided to immediately leave the scene in the mid of the conversation which happened totally unannounced.Sanitation and hygiene is something which is expected out of any property involved in hospitality business. I was not hoping a five star treatment but basic ground level cleanliness like clean washrooms and bed sheets along with a civilized staff is extremely important. Please do not visit this property ever!

I booked 1 family suite with 2 rooms and 2 Bathrooms. We were charges Rs6000 for 1 night. Charges were high because of Peak time. Rooms were spacious but not clean we had to ask the staff to change bed sheets and wash the bathrooms. Bathrooms were not properly maintained. I would give 2 out of 5. We did not had mean as the near by restaurant we found was Green Vegetarian as it is very close and then Chacha ka restaurant is also fine. You will find Lift inside the building also you can have access to the terrace and you can get nice pictures clicked with the hills view which looks very beautiful in day light
