Hotel Deep Continental & Restaurant - Hotel in Azamgarh - Azamgarh, India

This hotel is under development of new restaurant, pool , gym & spa. That will definitely make it the best hotel of Azamgarh. This is the oldest hotel in Azamgarh designed for corporate stays. Rooms might be outdated. But staff behaviour deserves a big shout-out. Everyone from check-in desk to waiter are nice.

It is a good hotel for the city. Tariff is reasonable, & though room service was a bit slow, overall decent..Good overall. I'd suggest staff to maintain clear communication among themselves, so you don't keep guests waiting..

An unprecedented service in an unpredictable place. The service was very hospitable and the people were genuinely nice. They were accommodating of all our requests, and quite helpful. The location is also very convenient, hardly a 10 min drive from the Purvanchal Expressway, making it an ideal location for overnight stops between long drives. We travelled as a family, but it's quite safe even for single women. The room was also quite cozy and we really enjoyed the stay.

A very nice place to stay for one night. The room and bathroom were clean and modern. The staff was very helpful and the kitchen prepared good food!

Good, for a place like Azamgarh. Room service needs to be a little more disciplined.

Comfortable stay, wifi speed was very low, room service takes minimum 30 minutes (morning tea ordered at 8:30am and was served at 9am), AC remote was not provided. TV cable was disconnected next morning (it was asking for recharge), complimentary Mineral water was provided after long discussion with reception and after showing the hotel voucher. Room no.306 was provided during check in but the floor was wet and basin drainage was chocked so water was flowing throughout the bathroom, So room was changed to 307. Room service staff behaviour is very nice and humble

Location is the advantage for this hotel, The Only good thing is the well behaved Staff.Everyone is so polite and humble but still they needs improvement in services..A hospitality can't compromise with services and they need to understand that..Room was small..AC was not working..have to change the room..cable service was not available in the new room.. after so many requests it took around 24 hours to recharge the Tata sky.. somehow an average experience.

Worst Ever Experience. In spite of charging one of the highest tariffs in a place like Azamgarh. The hotel is the worst. Exteriors are falsely. It is a crappy building. The parking lot is filled up with cars parked by some vehicle dealer. Rooms are the tiniest. ( When asked. The reply was. Saste me toh Aisa hi milega). Coming to cleanliness. Just see the picture I have posted. I have nothing more to say about it. The Air Conditioner has been disconnected in spite of the room being advertised as an AC room. Last word. DO NOT STAY.
