Extremely pleased by their courteous staff and my stay here is nothing but a peaceful and welcoming stay. Rooms are very spacious. Nothing to complain about. Well maintained hotel property. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone be it family, friends, solo travellers or business travellers. The breakfast buffet is quiet good. Overall this hotel gave me a worth staying experience. Especially this hotel is very safe for Solo women travellers.

1.5 year old hotel. Very new and well maintained rooms. Excellent food and caring staff with an attitude to serve. Had entrusted taking care of bridegroom and his party to the hotel and I heard outstanding feedback from them. All praise and no complaint whatsoever from them. Special heart-felt thanks to Mr.Vikas Gade, Sales executive and Mr.Abhishek, F&B executive who took care of our every need and went out of their way to suggest options and work out what was best for us.

Highly not recommended. I saw a great attitude with the reception lady when checking in as if they are doing a favor to me though I booked for 2 nights. They are charging a bomb for per day where they don't serve even beer to room. They should have mentioned in the website. They don't allow outside food but they outside beer. So we hVe to buy from outside even after paying 6500 per night. I would stay in radison blu, Marriott and better hotels than this.... They just spoiled my mood in my first visit only!!!!

Room was great. I booked a business room but due to unavailability of business room, I was upgraded to executive room free of cost. It was mentioned as 4 star hotel. But I would say the ambience, room, service made me feel like a 5 star. This would definitely be my 1st choice hotel whenever I visit Hyd

Superb Hotel!! After looking at some great reviews online, We decided to book here for our 6 days trip to Hyderabad. Perfect location near High Tech City and nearest metro station is just 2 KM away. Though a 4 star property but they are following all 5 star standards. Sparkling Clean Rooms, Strong WiFi, 24 Hours Front Desk, fully equipped Gym, Rooftop Infinity Swimming Pool, and our most favorite thing was their Restaurant! The food was delicious and special mention for their Coffee Menu. Definitely One of the best coffee experiences We have ever had. Buffet Breakfast had Descent options every day. Room service was always quick, and the front desk staff was helpful too. Highly Recommended.

The food and hospitality here is amazing! I love this place so much that I always come back. Their rooms are always very comfortable and clean

The main point is....the front office staff is very rude and impatient. I have never met such an unprofessional star hotel staff. They don't have smile on their face and talks very demanding instead of being polite. I am form UK and I travel a lot on my work. One of my friends suggested this hotel but we ended up having very bad experience. My advice to the management is...please get some qualified staff. In room dining was also not accommodating. In one liner...the hotel was so unpleasant that I had to go out and spent most of the night elsewhere. I don't want to have this experience again.

It was a very please stay here!! The staff were excellent and very helpful. Organised most things for us. Due to an online glitch our room got booked for a single bed system but the manager Mr. Mukesh upgraded it with king bed without any extra charges, it was very courteous. Rooms were lively and clean, view is outstanding . Fantastic location means everything is accessible. Would definitely recommend and will be returning here for sure. And a big plus is 24*7 Cafe Roast below hotel. The wide array of options for breakfast and dinner truly enhanced the stay. The staff were well-mannered and attentive, meeting all my needs with professionalism
