Very poor i recommend please don't stay here there ac is not working if you go nd complain about your problem tha staff will not listening nd giving silly accuses so please don't stay here it's very worst property I have ever seen in my entire life
Very fine place to rent room under your budget. Good service specially raamu and mathura ji.
Rooms are big but not so clean. Location is very good. Only these two are positive. From the receptionist to hotel boy all are very unprofessional. The most ridiculous is AC room without AC remote! You have to call receptionist to adjust AC temp which is very funny. Their point is we don't provide. Then why to do hotel business. TV is there but no cable connection. So only 5 channels you can see. They don't provide GST bill below 1000 rupees rent that I couldn't understand why. For hot water you have to request minimum 5 times. Hotel owner is not hospitable at all. rude in nature. Try to avoid that hotel. There are other professional hotels.
One of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. No remotes for the AC, no hot water, no restrictions on alcohol and so on. Very very old rooms. The ceiling looked like it was going to crack and fall down anytime. The only advantage it has is its location opposite to railway station. Don't choose this hotel if there are ladies accompanying you.
Good : Place, Room Space, Environment Not upto the mark : Attendants, Any type of room service like hot water, attending guest upon call worst : They do not provide AC remote. So basically nobody can use AC even in AC room. Owner's behavior not hospitable. Suggestion : Ok if you have no options. If you have just 150 rs extra then there are other hotels. for 4-5 hours staying ok. but for full one day....ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.
Fine place for long route travellers but not so good. Rooms are big but not clean, you have to call receptionist 2 to 3 times for cleaning it. There's a TV in the room but without proper cable connection So, you can only watch 5 channels on it. There's AC but without the remote, To switch it on/off or even for changing temperature you have to call the receptionist which is very ridiculuos. Even, for the hot water in winter you have to call receptionist. Parking area is good. It's okay for you, if you are a student & going to ambala to give exam. You can check in here for 1-2 days. For the couple this is definitely not the best option. Price of the 2 double bed room is 900 & it increases 100 Rs per extra person. This hotel is 9 min walk from Ambala cantt & 56 min away from Airport.
Location is superup at the left 50 m roadways station and just at front Ambala cantt station 100 m room decoration was not good but other facilitie such as staff behaviour was good good for exam related trips.
The hotel is very good and its infront of railway station and bus stand which make it very easy for travellers to come and the manager and the workers are very very helpfull and jolly in nature .

A good stay for a night in Ambala Catt Near the Railway station and Bus stand. Owner is very polite and humble. Even Took me from his scooty to the ATM to withdraw money. Overall very good stay.
Stayed again at this hotel. Service was better than last time but I saw bugs in the room roaming on the bed and the side table. That wasn't very nice. Hope they do a pest control soon. Otherwise it was good.
