Hotel DDR - Hotel in Gurugram - default, India

Manager, Amandeep is super awesome guy. Very cooperative. Hotel is nicely located with awesome staff. Vry warm. My entire stay at hotel was pleasant only because of the warm services provided by the hiusekeeping and service staff. Bathroom can use some deep cleaning to remove stains yet it was clean and maintained well. Very well ventilated rooms. Food is over priced for sure and quality not up to the mark. But that can be managed with swiggy or zomato so no problem as such.

The moment i stepped in to the hotel I knew i made a mistake. There was no one in the front reception, the rooms were dirty moulded, no temperature control for AC apparently it's set to automatic temperature and there is no way to control it, the wall had moulds, there was only one light bulb in the room and it was very dimly lit. The fan and light control was placed under the mirror stand and everytime we need to turn on/off the light one had to bend down almost to floor level then reach out under the mirror stand to control it. The bathroom was hideous, it had black stools remaining of possibly rodents. And finally just before checking out, there was a power cut and because there wasn't a single window it was pitch dark even at 10am in morning, there was no generator backup, and i had to carry my luggage down the stairs for 3 floors. Don't get fooled with all the positive reviews.

Hotel is not good at all, if u don't book the 3x deluxe room, they will provide you a shabby, dirty , age old room, with no space. The ac doesn't work and the tv has not channels. They have just stuff furniture for the sake of it, without even considering the room size. They behaviour is the worst. And when you checkout they ask for your phone and they open the app and give themselves 5 rating in the app. So if u see a nice rating on Oyo, don't believe it coz they themselves are filling that out. If forget to click pictures of the room, to show u guys the difference between the Oyo pics and actual rooms. Really bad hotel.

I enjoyed stay at this place...polite staff and batter room quality. This was my room pic attached. Thank u ma'am, Rajiv Ji and Sanjay ji for all. One improvement should be in Restaurant Menu. As There is no South Indian, Gujarati food.

It was a pleasurable stay at this hotel. Service was perfect, Hotel staff and management took extra pain to fulfil our needs and provided everything on time. Must recommend to experience the service.

Booked rooms for my relatives who were coming for a wedding function. Got a good deal from goibibo on price. The furnishing in rooms are a little old. Lift is a bit slow. But, the food is decent and room rent is economical. Overall a good value for money.

Very poor hospitality. I had given payment in advance. And no breakfast. No house keeping boy comes. And poor hospitality. I will never recommend anyone to visit this place. OYO is a good brand. But they are not capable to handle this brand. Really dissatisfied.

I booked a room for my family members, and they're very much satisfied with the service and behavior of the staff. Recommend to everyone.
