Very poor service and quality the rooms are dirty. The bed has not been cleaned since ages and bathrooms are also very bad. Once we reached there we were in hurry to visit tajmahal but the hotel bathrooms had no water and we had to wait for 2 hours for water. There is no restaurant available in the hotel also when we ordered from swiggy we had to go to reception to pick it up. Neither delivery boy was allowed to come upstairs nor the hotel staff helped to deliver the order. I would not suggest anyone to book this hotel

The so called hotel Dazzle is poor in terms of service quality and amenities. They did not had telephones in the room. No one ever came for room cleaning even if you asked them for. The wifi was never always on, no matter you keep on complaining them but they never listen.There's no restaurant in the hotel even. I had a very awful experience staying in here. The staff is poorly trained. Sometimes they did even turned on the corridor lights and it remained dark in the night. Please be wise and careful before choosing this hotel.
not recommend to anyone. don't waste your money on this hotel. Not happy with the services offered and the hotel management. After many request hotel didn't provide any solution -The hotel didn't change bedsheet and mattress after many follow ups. - They didn't change our room. - no wifi there. - Air-conditioned is not working in the hotel, refrigerator, tv and geyser also not working- no electricity port/charging port working in the room. - neither they are accepting my food order because of kitchen closed nor they are allowing me to order from outside. - hot water facility is not working in the hotel.- dirty blankets and bedsheet! - washroom is like they dint even clean it for a month! - even you can see a dust layer in room.
