I have personal experience with Hotel Dayalan 3 times and they've been exceptional all three times. It's an old hotel and some facilities do require an occassional maintenance but their service and demeanor more than enough makes up for it. One time our train was very late so we couldn't get any autos to the station so we told the hotel staff and the manager himself went to get an auto for us. I don't know of any other hotel who cares so much for their customers. It's extremely light on your pockets for the room and the facilities provided. The point about the bar is completely irrelevant now since they have a completely separate entrance for it and in no way allow the patrons of the bar to come in or create any ruckus to hotel patrons and that is what I love about the place. All in all they are an old establishment who still work with personal connections and customers as key. I cannot recommend the place enough!

The maintenance is NOT satisfactory. Geiser not working ; A/C leaking profusely ; needs stricter supervision. Services should improve.
It is located in heart of the city. Their attention is only for bar customers. Though they have parking only after 11 PM, once after all bar customers left they will give us the space. Not suited for family. Few ppl knocked our door in night. Rooms are very average. It may suit for bachelors but family persons pls stay away.

As of 28 Sep 2022, this hotel is under renovation. Rooms are okish. Toilets needs to be cleaned. Bed, pillow are stained. There are upgrading lights and there's barely visible light of the balcony doors are closed. Room Service is hopeless Won't recommend this hotel for a stay or refreshing
