Unfortunately, I had a negative experience at a restaurant recently. The hospitality provided by the staff was quite disappointing. It appeared that they lacked the necessary skills in dealing with their regular elite customers. Additionally, if you are planning a small party at this establishment, I advise asking for any potential discounts prior to the event. The most regrettable aspect of my experience was the behavior exhibited by both the reception staff and the general manager.

breakfat is very good and cleaning is also very good. room service is good. the taste of food. ( dinner: ( mushroom ( not fresh) and rice ( tasteless), all chicken recipe is like same taste), vegetable pulao have lots of rose water was not good in taste) was not that perfect as like 5 months before. small cockroaches seen in hotel bathroom and restaurant area. i stayed 5 days without wifi. there was a lot of problem in doing office work. hotel wifi is not working properly.
