An amazing hotel with a very spacious room. They have a beautiful restaurant adjacent to the hotel lobby at the 4th level. Staffs are very caring and I recommend this hotel to every one to come and stay. I got a very good deal in their weekend offer. Love to come back again

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and I must say that I was quite impressed with my experience. The rooms were very spacious and provided ample space for me to move around comfortably. The service was pretty good and the staff was always willing to assist me with any queries I had. One thing that stood out for me was the fantastic breakfast that was served every morning. The spread was quite extensive and had a variety of options to choose from. It definitely gave me a great start to my day. The only drawback, however, was the location of the hotel. It is situated on a very busy street of a vegetable market which can be quite noisy and chaotic at times. However, this did not affect my overall experience at the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service and food.

Lovely rooms and we got an upgrade to the suite room as well. Great service especially by staff member Mr. Rajendran. We had a great stay. Would totally recommend it. Also very convenient as it's centrally located and clean rooms.

It was really a great experience in staying here.completely Clean and Hygienic customer service is extremely good. Rooms are very spacious and unique, all facilities are available as per our requirements. The hotel is worth ,good behaviour from staff side.

The rooms were nice, breakfast is good, welcome staff at the entrance were good, but the service and the basic needs were missing. The rooms didn't have hot water, the management says lukewarm water is hot water. The manager understood the issue kept assuring me that it will be resolved we waited for 2 nights and had to cancel the rest of the nights and leave. Issue resolution is very bad at this hotel.

Ambience of the hotel is good, and the rooms are spacious too and well maintained. Food was good, and surprisingly was very reasonably priced, similar to any regular restaurant and not a hotel. Only reason for the 4 Star review is the power cut management. They did not have an online generator, and power cuts resulted in 30 sec to a min of darkness everytime. Also, showers were not having pressure motors, or having very low pressure.

Breakfast buffet has good variety and qualiy is good. Rooms could do with a TON of extreme makeover . Staff could be more courteous and well mannered. Rooms are big, but again, could do with some spoons, plates and spoons , forks etc placed in the suites( no point having a whole kitchenette with NOTHING in the way of spoons , knives and plates.. !) Staff should be able to deliver online food to rooms - especially considering the endless "inception" like corridors to get to the elevator and also considering the hotel room service food sucks big-time and we had to rely on Zomato !

501 is arguably the worst room to stay. Cons: There is AC leak in the room despite switching off the air conditioning control switches. Smoke smell is coming inside the room at times. Useless switches that controls the air conditioning except on off. Temp change control switches don't even work. It's there for namesake. Overall air conditioning unit is screwed up. The room is too cold despite switching off the air conditioning due to leak. If you don't believe me go there for few hours and sit. Rusted water pipes in room. Maintain it. Shamelessly bellhop is waiting for tips. Pros: Situated at the heart of the city. That's all. It's the reality guys. I thought it's a 4 star but definitely not. Not at all worth the money spent for the stay.
