Hotel Darbar International gaya - Hotel in Gaya - Gaya, India

My parents stayed here. The only good thing about this place was it's location. It's walkable from the railway station as well as the building is easily visible. The service, the rooms, the amenities are pretty poor. No appliance (like coffee maker/fridge/kettle ) was provided inside a ~6k/night room. The cleanliness is questionable. Even the linens were smelly and dirty. The water bucket was broken, things littered here and there, congested rooms, broken table, worn down/partially damaged sofa etc etc. They had a bad experience. I will advice against boking at this place.

Be careful while booking this hotel online. I booked via clear trip. I got cleartrip confirmation. Post that before travel I thought of confirming my reservation from hotel. Manager at desk said there is no booking, I did a conference call with cleartrip and hotel in which cleartrip sent multiple emails to them but they didn't confirm the rooms. Finally I cancelled my booking.

Darbar hotel is very nice. There location is in front of station. There rooms are very comfortable and there service are very good. Very good hotel for rest and restaurant. There are minimum cost in your own budget. There are very clean and cool room.

Really happy to have stayed at this place and very well located just next to Gaya railway Stn .. just walkable distance Great services and behavior by front office and hotel team, and also to listen at customer to attend their requirements and request ... Reached at Gaya very late and checked I at 11:15pm and got immediate support by the team at the hotel.

Situated next to Gaya railway junction.room was neat and clean. especially the front desk guy Dharmendra ji is very humble and polite guy. Overall good experience.

Hotel staff was good and welcoming, very helpful. Thus, 3 stars. It could have been 2 stars or even 1. The hotel has seen better days long ago. Rooms were kind of dirty and have a distinct stintch in the bedding. Noisy surrounding (proximity to the railway station), and regular honking from vehicles on the road (just in front of the hotel) despite day or night honking is a major issue. The food was okay. it could have been better.

The name says Darbar International, there is nothing International about it. Forget about international it can't even compete in National level also. Very sad state of affair. Rooms are very small, torn pillow cover, torn blanket. Worst is the Toilet, no hot water, commode is broken, flush doesn't work. There is nothing good about this place. Who so ever gives positive review are definitely being paid by the hotel owner to give positive reviews. Don't ever go there, instead sleep in the train station waiting room which is much cleaner compared to this Hotel.

Nice place to stay, staffs are also friendly behaviour, services are also reliable
