Very horrible experience. We booked the hotel online on 31 December and the price shown was 1500. After reaching the hotel at 10.30 pm, the staff said to again check the reservation as their system is showing a different price which was 5000. I received an email from this hotel which mentioned 'new price 5000(earlier it was 1500)'. How can someone make fool of their customers this way. This means that when your are booking the hotel they show you lesser rates and when you reach the hotel the prices are changed. The person on reception didn't even give us an option neither he negotiated the price and directly told us to search for some different hotel. Me and my husband and my 4 years daughter were searching for another hotel at 11 pm. Very rude behaviour and will never going to even think of staying in this hotel. Fortunately we found a very good hotel nearby.

Hotel is very beautiful. Room is very large and compertable. Location is very beautiful.

Bad experience. Booked the room through an online booking website (one of the most reputed ones) however when I reached hotel, the reception guy told me that the room which I booked is occupied by other guests and he asked me to cancel my booking online. as it was close to mid night I asked him to give me any available room, as we were 4 people, I asked to give 2 rooms for us instead of the 4 people suite. Then he asked for more money than what I was supposed to pay for the 4 people suite. however he was kind enough to accommodate us when we told that we won't take the complimentary Breakfast and will leave around 6am. Overall NOT RECOMMENDED

Neat and clean rooms. Good quality of food. All staff's behaviour is very good. Ujjawal as a receptionist very good in terms of behaviour and nicely and friendly manner to talk Riyaz sir 's way of talking and handling the customer is very good .

Dear All, Kindly Note this is Fake. Someone is using our parent company "Pan Club Hotels" . Each of our hotels are operated under their original. There is no Hotel In The Name Of Pan Club Hotels Either In Goa Mumbai or Gujarat.

Food good quality Stay was comfortable. Room was clean and well maintained. Washroom was also clean . Hotel staff are very helpful. Hotel with easy to reach location in the main city region. Charges of hotel for AC room is affordable.
