Even giving this hotel one star is an insult. No towel available... imagine.. and rate is 1680/-... can't reduce since GST is to be paid. Worst hotel. Stay outside rather than in this hotel .

Room service is not good. However they provide free breakfast.

Everything is good compare to other hotels. Clean bathroom, clean bedsheets, lift, and room service too by landline phone call avaliable at room . Room also are cheap. If you don't take ac room then there is a bit smell may be because of humidity or may be rooms are closed from all side..but nevertheless budget hotel right in the middle of paltan Bazaar.
Worst experience
Nothing was proper ,
1. The bed was very uncomfortable because they have only single bed and they join that and make it like a queen size bed
2. Restroom was very dirty and the matt cant even stand in it it.
3. Broken window because of that we have some uninvited guest like mosquito and lizard
4. No water bottle was provide.
5. Its better you can look for other hotel beside that its little bit higher but you can stay in a good place and relax better
