Pros - Nice location. Very near to Taj western gate. You can easily walk to western gate. Cons - Wi-fi was not working properly and TV cable connection was also not working. This hotel is good if you just wantva room to sleep but if you would like to spend some time in hotel then wi-fi and tv issue will cause issue.

If you don't have too high expectations and can live with the basics in a room, book this hotel because the service is great, the food very nice and the staff very helpfull. Besides, it's only 10 minutes walk from the Taj Mahal, quiet area but everything near by.

This hotel is disgusting, the locals pay $12 per night. The air conditioner did not work, there was no heating the doona was this I had to request a blanket. There was no blinds or curtains in the bathroom and toiler, visible to others out side. There was no hot water. the tv did not work. This stay was a night mare. The kitchen and dining was old and dark. Lucky to make 1 star rating definately not 3 star. I paid $50 for this hell hole. Do not use this hotel

WORST HOTEL! as per my experience !! 1. Don't go by the pic they have given. For example,picture of Superior room is strategically taken which does not shows the bathroom. 2. No exhaust fan or ventilation in bathroom 3. No doormat outside bathroom. Waste towels are spread outside bathroom door. 4. Inadequate and thin blankets were given initially. They have provided more blanket full of dusts. 5. Restaurant at rooftop is not properly maintained. Foods and beverages are not at all worth of money. 6. Hotel manager did not attend us even after we complained at reception regarding rooms and services. 7. Bathrooms are having semi-transparent windows which will make you more uncomfortable.

room service is costly keeping in mind the other standards of the hotel. I.e, a bottle of beer which costs Rs. 100 at the store will be charged for Rs.350 in the hotel room. location is good. approx 100-150 mtrs from the Taj entrance. staff is friendly and nice. Rooms are also spacious and clean along with basement car parking.

Over all good, rooms are big in size and clean, location is Near to Taj but food Quality and Service is not up to mark.

The room was okay but lacked amenities. TV wasnt working. You even had to call the reception if you need hot water, and the staff would disturb you often and ask if they could switch off the the motor or not. There even was a shortage of electricity and hardly any toiletries were provided

Very helpful staff and the owner himself is a very good person. Rooms are quite big and clean. One can also enjoy their rooftop restaurant with excellent TAJ MAHAL view. And TAJ MAHAL is within walking distance.
