Food is worthless. Just an example 1 thinnest hat roti is 30/- & any sabji is testless. Rooms are in between buildings. So your window is useless. Menu card is useless. We bound to finished our dinner with roti & dal. Nothing else.
Credit card payment facility was not available during check out. Room service extremely poor to say the least. Rooms are not well illuminated. Most of the food items showcased in the menu card were not available. Washroom was unhygienic. Overall experience was very bad.
I stayed at Taj Coromandel for two day business trip and had a wonderful experience. I was attended by Jasmin during my check-in. She is a very polite, humble, helpful and made me feel comfortable during my visit. She informed me about all the services that the property offers. Special thanks to her. The food was awesome. I tried their Chinese cuisine at dragon restaurant. They customized the portion accordingly to my requirement. The breakfast and dinner buffet was also good. The whole staff was humble and attended each guest personally. Thank you everyone at Taj, Chennai for your warm hospitality.I stayed here for 1 night on business, and was impressed with the hospitality and the amenities. It seemed close to the city center and the hotel staff were courteous and helpful. I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely visit again
I stay there one night.... Everything is not too good but i through it's ok...but when i go breakfast at 8.20am they said it will take another 30 minutes.... I am surprised....thn i asked the reception about the this breakfast late they said that the owner is very bad... He didn't response of any complaint or things... So think 2 times it is good for you or not
Overall this place is great if you are searching for a luxury hotel. The prices are high but affordable, staff are kind. The only downside of this hotel is that they don't have extra blankets or bedsheets and dinner and breakfasts are simple but very costly. Other than that, this is a great hotel to stay in guwahati
Decent place was open at 1 AM very thankful for that , Rooms are decent and has a geyser in the room , It cannbe better maintained and the breakfast needs more options and needs to be tastier , Very helpful staff but little on the costly side

Room service was good, along with the hospitality but the food was average quality served, options were not there like continental or Chinese only Indian cuisine. Plus toiletries were not enough supplied. Miss billings were there, tried to charged money for stuff they didn't serve. Complimentary breakfast was ok-ish, could have served more with options.
