1) Rooms were not clean. 2) Owner is kind and will help but always do your own research so that people dont take advantage of you 3) Location of the hotel can be a plus point as autos, bike rent and places to visit are center from this hotel
This is costly somehow but serviceis good and room wass very clean and fresh.road side view is good. Staf need tip that i think not good.we already pay for room .sometimes you can pay extra charges for room according to availabilities.
This is not a hotel but a lodge. It is located in the middle of a market place with a travels office below. Buses honk during early morning and late night.No functioning kitchen. They can't even provide drinking hot water. When we checked in, the room was dirty and no cleaning was done during our 3 day stay. Set top box was provided only after we complained and staff did not know how to get it working. We had to do it ourselves. Signal would suddenly stop at times and we had to go to reception to complain since there is no working intercom. Only pros of this place are hot water and auto driver they can provide who can take you around for a fee. They keep switching off electricity to the geyser And you have to remind them that you have returned to the room and they need to put it on again.
I have stayed at this hotel on 12-6-2023. Very near to agra fort and tajmahal. Service was good.
Spacious room at a good location. It is close to the Agra Fort railway station. It is difficult to find good resturants nearby, though the hotel does provide it's own room service. The hotel staff were generally cooperative and polite. Happy with the stay and would recommend to others.

Not maintained, all stop cocks are dirty & rusted in bathroom. No comote shower available in bathroom. No food available. Old blanket pillow bed sheet. Switchs were broken but manager & staff beheaver are good. Location wise good. Suggested for maintenance.
4 star for cleanliness, location is good u can easily get public and private transport for every part of city, the hotel is under renovation right now, tv is not working no setup box, washbasin tap not working. staff is very polite, very clear about their policies.
