Had a pleasant stay for an extended period of time, rooms are fine, the catering is great, and the canal facing rooms have a beautiful view.

This is an Excellent Hotel. We stayed for about 21 days. Lots of NRI stay here. During our stay we met quite few person from UK, USA , CANADA. They all like to stay here. The staff & service are very good. RAJAL she is a manager. She is a very nice & she was very helpful person. My son he came from USA for Business. He also stayed for a week. No complain what so ever .
It's in a good location, interior is good, but reception staff needs to be a bit polite and professional. Room hygiene must be maintained, when we checked ot commode was dirty, room flooring was not cleaned, other guest stuff was there in fridge and used slippers we lying on flooring. Service needs to be focused on. No one to pick your luggage.
A recent choice in Nadiad. Well located along the canal. Adequate sized room but house keeping standards very poor. Needs far cleaner washrooms. An apology of a breakfast. But worked since used it just to sleep
Nice decent rooms, bathroom was a bit smelly Breakfast was limited but nice and the service was also good at the restaurant. Please please keep buckets and jugs in the bathroom ,this is not America There is hardly any house keeping staff at the hotel which is the most basic facility to have at an hotel
Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. The rooms are also adequate size. Very near to main city area. I traveled as a solo girl so worth the price and safe. Breakfast options can be better. Do not opt for coffee.
