I had booked a room at this hotel well in advance and paid token money through upi and was looking forward to my stay. When i reach to hotel I was extremely disappointed when the hotel owner (harpreet singh) told me that my reservation had been cancelled. He told that we are overbooked and take your booking by mistake. He told me to find other hotel,the place that was unknown to me. During booking he said we are very loyal to our customers bla bla..
Not only was this a huge inconvenience, but it also caused a great deal of stress and frustration as I had to scramble to find alternative accommodations.
I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone and advise that you steer clear of any establishment that treats their guests with such disrespect and disregard.
It was a Nice stay at Hotel Crystal In. The Hotel owner and Front Manager Mr Satish Bhatt was so courteous. Room was clean and tidy. Best Part, they used to change the bedsheet infront of customer only, for customer satisfaction, I loved this service. Keep it up Hotel crystal.
