It was a really nice experience at this property, had the best time. A lift would have really been a boon for my older parents, but otherwise everything was top notch at a reasonable price. I will really miss the cute cat and the breathtaking views. Until next time! A good hotel with location bit inside with NO lift (no for senior citizens) Location - quiet but very much inside from main road Room - I got a balcony room with good view. Room was good except the washroom was not cleaned properly. So check room before check in. Food - food was good at a good price. I like paratha and also their breakfast combo was value for money. Room service is good. Should check terrace restaurant with view. Not so kid friendly as being on hill there is no activity as such for kids.
Every time I plan to visit Mussoorie I only think to visit this hotel - affordable stay, the ambience and the great service standard, delicious cuisine, the staff is nice. This makes my trip memorable. Just want to mention the review readers don't think twice just book it if you want an amazing stay in Mussoorie.

Everything was good, but few things are not okay. It's diffficult for old aged people to climb the stairs and no discounts or offers in final settlement. No complimentary breakfast. If they provide discounts & offers , it could be better one to refer.
A very nice experience. Courteous & very polite staff. Amazing food & very quick service. View from the hotel is awesome. Their rooftop restaurant is apt for having a quiet meal. Breakfast had good variety. You can ask it to be served in your room else you can have it at the restaurant. They also provide a drop and pick-up service to Library chowk at Mall Road. The Sardarji driver was very humble and polite. Parking fir few vehicles is available. Highly recommended.. I would like to mention to the team at the hotel to keep up the great work. Will surely stay here again. Cheers!!!
Please avoid to book this hotel. I didn't get water in the washroom, when i informed the same to reception they said their pump is not working. Also jet was not working properly even after informing the maintenance they didn't fixed it. Their restaurant close by 10:30 last. You cant order even a tea after that time. Wifi is only for show not for use. It reminds you era of 2G network. The route from mall road to hotel is quite far. Although google map will show you 1.2 km but the reads are very narrow and though to reach hotel by car. Their pickup service which is chargeable will be till 9:30 pm only, after that no pickup drop facilities is their. Lastly if you stay extra more than booking dates they will not provide you the proper GST bill.
Hospitality is fine but Road is under construction, I ordered coffee there, and I don't drink coffee from now onwards, it still scares me a little.
