It's a scam... we called this hotel for checking the details of room.. then they send one scanner and asked to pay the AMount...after we completed the payment they again send one scanner with a code and told tht code we need to again scan d scanner nd fill the code in amount area then enter the upi pin... then our booking wl.confrm so they r doing a big scam... Never book this hotel

Nice hotel, clean and big washrooms, good for 1-2 days of stay, staff is helpful, but little bit expensive as per the location

They are such a scam,i call them for booking and they told me to pay by UPI i did the payment and they said it's not accepted i have to repay again and they told me the moment i pay 2 time I'll get the refund and my Book will be comfirm,and they when i ask the refund they said my Booking is not comfirm ,I had pay double price and they don't let me stay and they don't refund me,,they don't deserve to have a public service, there's no hospitality in their staff,they talk rudely to the customer,who ever sit in reception ,they are too rude and now they ask me to wait 24 hours for my refund and now it's 30 hours i don't get my refund amount

TOTALLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL. Especially for families a big no. The neighborhood looks dingy the building is in shambles where the hotel is. I booked for 3 person for 2 nights directly without any third party app or website.Later on reaching the property I was not feeling comfortable to keep my daughter there and shifted her immediately to my cousins place. As we had to stay coz we paid 1 days advance already. I asked the the manager or the owner in the front desk to not charge for extra person bed as my daughter won't won't be staying with us. He said that cannot be done it's booked already then I said I have not booked a triple bed room, it's a double bed with an extra bed which I am not going to take.He then said no point asking "nahi hoga" cannot be done rudely. That point i made my mind to change hotel next morning and didn't argue more as the people around and even the other boarders in that property was not giving good vibes. Lots of good staying options near by like in Bandra linking road and surroundings. PS : Just go through the reply below to this review by the owner and you will get to know how professional they are and what level of service you can expect from them. .Not only mine review but he replied very rudely to people who posted bad reviews.

The room and bathroom was more or less clean. However, there were tiny cockroaches in the room. When I informed the hotel authorities about this, a staff member was sent in to clean the room armed with a kaala Hit. No issues with running water or leaky taps, which I have faced in a number of hotels before. Staff was cooperative and non-intrusive. They provide services 24*7. Great for solo travellers. Food wasn't that great. Great location - the hotel is bang opposite the Jama masjid, so it's easy to locate, and walking distance from Hill road and Linking road. Do not go by the shabby and ill-maintained exterior - from within, the hotel is actually quite nice. Only one minor issue - I stayed for 4 nights, and requested for a late check out - but they didn't allow for it, not even for 2-3 hours, saying that I would be charged for it. This doesn't usually happen. But they did keep my bags and stuff for as long as I wanted, so it's alright. Overall - nice stay.
