I was moved here when the other hotel lost my prepsid reservation. The best thing about this place was the staff...with the exception of those who wanted a payment for the "c form" that they are obligated to submit for some guests. This was the only place that requested this payment during my visit to India. Did not insist on payment for long.... room was fine with clean sheets and relatively clean. Hot water and AC worked great Windows were nice in my corner room (206). No wifi in room. Nice restaurants and street stalls close by. It was a bit hard to find on my own.

One of the best stay I have experienced so far, the staff and services are very good and environment is neat and clean.

- worst of all, the room just smelt so bad. It made my clothes smell disgusting after too. Even after washing could still smell it
Honestly avoid!
One of the worst services. The hotel charged 800 just because of a waste of broken glass. Absolutely no comfort. The room I was in had a worse washroom. Definitely not safe for couples. Definitely not comfortable for anyone. Too overpriced. 2200+ for one night. I suggest you book a better hotel with the same price.

My room is small and rooms are ok. Mine is airtel and its very difficult to get signal. But luckily they provided high speed internet. Food is good. Staff is supportive. From hotel its not too near to US consulate office. In autorikshaw, charge 100 to 150rs. Its not walkable. One small defect i feel is there is maternity labor ward in 1st floor. You get smell. But if you close the door u wont get.

I stayed in #306 for one night, following points needs to be taken care.
1) TV & WiFi were not working
2) poor service
3) Wasim asked me to pay by cash only or on his own GPAY number.
I came for visa stamping and I had to stayed for almost a week decent place for family. clean rooms and polite staff. they gave me all the assistance I need. but i recommend not to go before check in time.
