Good hotel you can walk down to nearby famous places the best thing about them is their staff and service very friendly and good nature food is also very good loved to stay there

Overall a Good stay experience. THE staff behaved nicely. Neat & Clean Room, bathroom. Beautiful lighting lamps, Ac working in good condition. Just one issue, that gizzers were not available in bathroom. Nd it was required as water for bathing was very cold.

Experience was really awesome, staff is very polite and helpful, food is very good, specially tea was awesome. Walking distance from Nakki lake. Good hotel for family staying.

For single bedroom : Staff is amazing and friendly. hot water showers available from 7am-9am only. The location is very close to Nikki lake so that's the biggest advantage. The bedsheets and pillow cases could be cleaner and stain free. Bathroom is spacious.

The experience was awesome, the hotel staff was very courteous and humble. The manager, mostly is a very humble and helpful person. The rooms and washrooms were clean, and the hotel location is also good you can see part of the lake from the terrace. Parking available but very for a few 4 wheelers. Done

Very bad service. Very small room, They say standard room of 10*10 , but then those standard rooms are not over priced. No towels were provided by default and after being asked for, they said laundry was not available so we couldn't provide now and will provide later?? Later after I check out?? No geysers, if you plan to take bath after 9am or incase you want to take bath sometime other you need to call reception?? No bisleri water.. and the container in which water was supplied supposedly not washed from months. Vehicle are not allowed till hotel as police puts barricades and they don't bother to put such information while booking, are we suppose to carry out luggage for 400 metres?? Lastly they didn't allowed a guest for 2 hrs, how pathetic and kind of in-hospitality they showed, Imagine you want to meet someone then you have to meet outside even if you have a room booked. Owner is very arrogant and doesn't care about customer, because he thinks he will get the business as in peak season number of tourists outnumber the hotels in Mount Abu and for that he has such bad attitude. I have been to many hotels but this was kind of dharamshala/small motel where you pay very little, but oh they are charging good amount for such rooms and service. Very very bad experience. Not at all recommended.

I stayed for two days in this hotel. Rooms are value for money. Hotel Located near Nakki Lake and some other famous points.
