Hotel Crystal Inn - Hotel in Agra, Dhandhupura - Agra, India

They dont like Christian or european people (more info below). . And accually they can hate what ever they want but we, we should hurt them economically very hard when they don't understand how to behave. Now we teach them since what ever they worship could not teach them how to behave. . Just avoid this garbage hotel that accually also smells like a toilet. Urine and feces is the first thing you will smells when you enter the hotel. Its emberassing how dirty this people and hotel are. . So what have happend? Despite booking several rooms, the rooms were refused entry due to cross necklace that was worn. . I hope Jesus the god saves them from devil worshipping.

Property looks good but it was not maintained. First we got 1 room, within 5 mins spark came from AC Stabilizer. Then we shifted to another room, there also AC looks old, not sure when the AC was serviced last time. Outlet water blown in front, though it is only for some time. Toilet flush wasn't working, service man came and remove the flush board statingn is not working and asked us to use the knob inside. As a compliment they are giving 2 500 ml water bottles only, when we ask for water they are giving their own water and charging 37rs per litre, which is way higher than the branded packaged water bottle. Overall we didn't feel good. Those who prefer low budget stay can go for this without any expectations.

Overall average experience.. Wasn't that good being a 3 star place. Check in procedure was smooth. However in night when we went for dinner there were no much options to eat. There are various parthas listed in menu but only one was available even though it was too early for dinner. Not a that good experience. Room locks were not good,switch boards were broken and it's risk when you have kids with you.

Had a perfect stay at this beautiful hotel. We booked 2 rooms. The staffs were really friendly, professional and helpful. The size of the rooms are quite big. They have a rooftop restaurant and Taj mahal although very small but visible from it. The food was delicious and service was fast as well. I will definitely go their the next time if we get a chance. The Taj mahal is about 2kms from it.

We stayed in a deluxe king room. Room is not cleaned properly. AC is not working and water is leaking from it. Switch board is broken. Toilets are not well maintained. Overall a very bad experience.

One Star for location and one for complimentary breakfast. Only location is the plus point.amenities are like Lodge with AC Room and that too only for 1-2 days. A/C was not having remote, Bathroom gate was defective,even Room Gate was struggling to be locked . Breakfast is buffet but with limited Puri sabji and boiled egg and Poha . Room is worth only if it is under 900 (with breakfast)

Good budget hotel breakfast can be better but worth every rupee...Salman at the reception has been very kind with us.

I had an awesome stay at Crystal Inn. I had to do a check in at 2.30am and hotel staff were present and room was ready. the Room was spacious and comfortable. Hot water was available and room service always provided. I didn't have breakfast included in my package, but I ate the breakfast buffet at Rs. 200/- on my first day. Hotel staff arranged Auto Service for me to explore at reasonable cost. I felt safe and comfortable staying at this amazing hotel with kind helpful hotel staff/reception.I was a little late on checkout but they were kind enough not to take extra charge. I had my return train late in evening, so I kept my bags at the hotel cloakroom safely without any charge. Definitely recommend staying here. I had a wonderful stay.
