Hotel Crystal Grand - Hotel in Haldwani - Nainital, India

It is located on the mukhani chauraha. It's really well connected to the city. It will take 10 minutes from bus stand and 15 minutes from railway station. Food is very nice and sweet daliyaa was tasty. Hotel is neat and clean. Staff behaviour is good. Only thing negative is they do not give toilet kit dental kit or sleeper. They even do not change towels also. My stay was more than 7 days but they did not give anything.

Very poor service and arrangements! The rooms are costly against the rent/fare they demand. We had many bad experiences in the chilling December: 1. No hot water at taps. 2. No toilet paper. 3. No door mat at wash room entrance and no washroom slippers. 4. Telephone was dead. 5. Broken handles of shelves. 6. Not bed switch. Despite of many requests, the staff didn't provide toilet papers. For bathing, they gave us 2 buckets of lukewarm water which I had to carry from door to the washroom. Overall, we are completely disappointed with the 'Hotel Crystal Grand' and WE SHALL SURELY NOT VISIT AGAIN. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

Great hotel with nice rooms with good hospitality by hotel staff

Dinner Buffet had limited variety, room was ok, got the room very late by 2pm and asked to checkout at 11.50am next day. Manager Mr bunty was very rude and doesn't know how to treat customers. Given the price it wasn't value for money and overall experience was very bad.

**please read full review**** Last i visited this place in December 2019 at that time their service and rooms were very , the hotel was only 4 months old that time.The staff was also polite and very courteous at that time. But........... Now this time it was the whole experience was pathetic. We was on our road trip from Delhi to Ranikhet do we took a short two hours break at haldwani (Mukhani chowk) when we talked to the hotel reception Mr. Bunny Kakkar was so impolite and rude to us saying that it doesn't matter whether we want the room for 3 hours or for whole day "we have to pay the rent for the whole day that is 1650 rupees, which is not at all justified nor practical as if we are booking the "Hotel Taj". Unhappily we agreed thinking that we should not screw our trip, because of this impolite man Bunny Kakkar. Surprisingly we came to know while booking the room that many other guests of their hotel were also not happy their room service was not picking up the call and breakfast was not served light was not there in some rooms, e.t.c. because of various reasons. When we asked him about these complaints he responded very unprofessionally " ab hottl vaale hr kisii ko to khush nsjin kr skte n, kuch gestt aate hii glt haiN". / These were his words. I will never again come to this hotel because of Bunny Kakkar employee of this hotel.

What an incredible stay we had . It was our first time in crystal grand to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. All the staff we came across were very courteous, professional and took pride in their roles. Few staff really stood out for us while escorting us to the room. Mr. Lalit was very helpful and Co operative.He was observed to be interacting too with the guests and ensuring all were enjoying like they did with us too . Lalit personally brought us the cake saying " happy anniversary " which we found very thoughtful. Dinner Buffet had limited variety but food quality was impressive . The breakfast buffet was awesome right from variety , presentation to the quality of food was awesome. Looking forward to our future stay here .
