Hotel crown suites looks elegant from outside...The room was pretty average. The washroom amenities are not well maintained... The towels provided were stained and worn old stuff. But the location makes it easily accessible... The receptionist is well behaved, that must be appreciated

Rooms and Bathroom is very dirty. No hot water. In the middle of the night, water stopped coming out of all taps in the toilet. Worst experience ever. No kettle in the room. The room was full of spider webs and dust. Bathroom fixtures were broken and the bathroom was overall very dirty

Overall had a good experience. The only issue I have is there is no geyser or hot water provision in the bathroom. You have to call the reception and ask them to get it to room. Otherwise i would have given 5stars for the hotel. The location is on the main road so close to Ernakulam Junction railway station. Has ample amount of parking. The rooms were spacious and neat. Bathroom was also very neat and well maintained. Property has lift facility also. They had provided water bottle, towels and soaps to the room. Ac and TV were working good. The room had a small balcony to it. Not sure whether it is there in all the rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel if your budget is more than 1500rs. The room was roughly 1800rs per night. Service was also great.

Hotel Crown Suites looks elegant from the outside, like the Grand Budapest Hotel but its nowhere close to the real deal. I stayed in the executive suit room. They're not maintained at all. The bathroom is shabby and had lots of little black "kachara" on the floor. The day-time receptionist, during my check-in was rude and arrogant when asked for the bill and much to my surprise, they lock the front entrance from the inside in the night! I was stupefied and had to call the reception while waiting outside to let me in. Imagine getting yourself a room and locked out of the hotel :( Breakfast is available but surprise (again), it is not la carte. They call and ask you to choose from options of idli-sambhar, poori-sabji, etc. Please avoid this disappointment of a hotel.

The rooms are really different from the photos toilets are not at all clean. Towels & bed sheets do not seem hygienic & staffs are not trained( staffs don't respect our privacy as they were trying to enter the room without knocking). Front office doesn't seems to care about any of the complaints we gave them.

It was a horrible experience we had with crown suites. To start with we had to wait to get our rooms in spite of informing the hotel multiple times prior to arrival. After we got our rooms we realise that none of the charging points worked and when we asked for a change of rooms for the same reason the manager asked us to blatantly leave the hotel. No hospitality what so ever. To add to it the rooms were Not well maintained at all. Do not recommend!

We checked in at the night on 1st July 2022 around 9.30. We wanted to go out early morning to attend a function. The kettle provided in the room was not working and when we asked for a replacement , to our utter dismay, replied that they can't help till 8.00am when some Assistants will report for work. There were no room boys to attend to any calls..Our request to get a morning coffee was flatly refused. Even they couldn't provide us warm water to drink, even when the kettle provided by them was not working. The gentleman at the Reception desk in the morning was very arrogant and lacks basic courtesy to be extended to a customer, more so to a Sr. Citizen couple. I would never recommend this property to anyone.

Horrrible its is... It looked more like a lodge & im wondering on how is this a 3-star certified hotel. No kettle to boil water or make coffee , the bathroom doesn't even have a basic towel hanger, tiles inside has dirt between which is unclean, no hand wash or basic soap is provided.The Ac doesn't work properly. Poor quality rooms, pathetic...
