Pros- 1. Equal distance from ISBT and Railway Station (2-3km) 2. Rooms are good 3. On road side 4. Good Service and friendly staff (some of them) Cons- 1. TV in some rooms not in working condition 2. Wifi available only in the lobby area 3. Food prices very high(but they allow to bring outside food in rooms) 4. No window

They are changing more as compare to their online price less ...Service is also not good .The food is worst in taste....Room is not very clean and hygiene.

Good hotel, value for money, had a nice stay. The rooms are neat and clean and staff is friendly and helpful.

Everything was bad in this hotel. We booked this hotel via oyo and the booking includes free breakfast and dinner. But while checking in , the receptionist told us that they do not provide free dinner and it is a mistake from oyo. But breakfast is available as mentioned in oyo. So we checked the room and it was neat. The problems started after checkin. We checked in at evening. hot water was not available at that time. We had to ask them repeatedly and register a complaint in oyo to get hot water for just 10 minutes. they promised that hot water will be available from 6 to 11 morning. but it was not available when i checked around 8 in the morning. So, literally you won't get hot water here. When we went for breakfast which is complementary, it was not available for our booking. It was unmarked in our booking. The guy who cancelled complimentary dinner cancelled breakfast also. No room heater was provided. Intercom was not working. Bedsheet and blanket were torned. Price of the food was way too high. We booked for two days and cancelled second day booking.

overall good value for money hotel staff is very helpful and courteous. Good food quality ,parking space. only recommendation for improvement is room has to be well maintained and pre set before guest check-in. like towels bathroom kit etc shall be there beforehand. still pleasant stay.will recommend.

Good hotel. The location of the place is its USP if you ask me. All kinds of shop and restaurants are at easy distance from the place. The hotel has quite a few option in terms of rooms. If u r travelling with a large family an don't mind the loss of privacy then u can select the room with 3 double beds, a facility that is not provided in most hotels.

Clean hygienic and fresh rooms. Receptionist's behaviour was friendly. As booking was through oyo, complementry brkfast included aalu paranthas (with pickle and curd), poha, toasts (with jam or butter), tea and coffee. And it was anything and any quantity you can eat system. And the food tasted ok ok.

Hotels room are fine and perfectly clean. But if i talk about customer friendly environment then it is not there. If your female friend is staying in this hotel then no male person is allowed to visit her or to spent any time with her. I have seen and stayed in so many hotels but this one is entirely different. I have never seen such rule in any of the hotel its just disgusting. Behaviour of staff is very rude.I will not be refering anyone to stay here if he or she is the only guest and any one wants to visit them.
