My recent hotel stay had its ups and downs. The room was decent but nothing extraordinary. Service, unfortunately, was average, with issues regarding the toiletry kit. On the bright side, the hotel's 24*7 check-in policy and flexible pricing, based on a 24-hour cycle with the option to extend by an hour or two, were highly convenient. With some service improvements, this hotel could be a top choice for travelers with varying schedules.

Mixed experience.Stayed here for almost 15 days. Rooms were decent although slightly overpriced.Worst part was the reception guys who were utterly rude and unprofessional. First they denied to accept online booking by saying that they haven't received the confirmation although I showed them online transactions etc. Secondly, for food bill they almost charged 500 rs extra by making wrong entries in the bills. It's like a big cheating on their part.No business ethics at all ! Good part was that the room service was very prompt and cordial. Also the food quality and taste was really good.
Hotel location is ok, yet the room which was allowed to check in 211, didn't meet the expected parameters , the room ambience was not good, room was suffocating, as not having any window, attach washroom is almost 1feet above the floor. Stinking room due to no ventilation .

Chicken served was not fresh.Stale.Couldn't eat more than one bite.LIIT tasted more like mojito and cost was quite high as compared to other good pubs.

The rooms are good. The behaviour of the hotel staffs is not bad. The one thing that was good, was that breakfast was compulsory and and everyone had to gather in dining hall and had to self serve food. The Punjabi type of foods are good here. We ordered mix veg, which is very good. The paneer preparations are good. Dal was delicious. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm. Disturbance is less.
