Everything is really good there, Rooms are big and luxurious, service is good, staffs are polite and responsive, Food is also tasty. That's why just go and enjoy.

Polite and Courteous staff but the cleanliness and hygiene of the Hotel is pathetic,even after complaining and they giving a free upgrade the sheets,quilt and parts of the washroom were still dirty in all the 3 rooms we stayed. Apparently the house keeping staff has complained about the dirty laundry service to the Manager and the Owner but they haven't taken any complaints (of guests and staff both) into consideration as yet, seems like the Owners are least bothered about the feedback they are getting. Only reason I rate it 3 is due to the prime location and well mannered staff apart from that the facilities provided deserve a rating of only 1.

Receptionist asked for full payment upfront as soon as I reached the hotel. Told me if I didn't pay I would be charged an additional "penalty". This was not mentioned anywhere during booking. Staff forgot to give me coffee with breakfast after the first two days. Cistern did not work in washroom. There were visible stains on the bedsheet and pillow wares to which staff said "aisa hi hai". There was one small cockroach and one small unknown insect in room 203. Elevator was cramped with a broken handle at the ground floor gate.

The hotel is a great deal because it has a helpful staff, a clean room, and a lot of other good things. This hotel is wonderful. The owner of the store is fun to talk to. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. Very safe and a good place to stay with kids.

Overall, it was a good experience. Hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful. I checked in night around 11pm. There is no husstle. Go and get the best!!
