We got room 101 checking at night. It was really spacious, clean, safe with all the facilities. Gives nice view of hall market. The location is at walkable distance to important places. The hotel staff is really nice specially Mr. Gurpreet Singh who helps you at his best. I will stay again at this place.

Nice hotel in a prime location close to Golden temple. Staffs were helpful. Rooms are good. They were kind to upgrade the room since the one that we booked was not available. Also gave good buffer time to check-out. We faced issues in one of the room keys, had to go up and down to sort it out. Finally there was some problem with the lock and they gave a physical key. This could have been checked earlier. We were asked to shift the car from the parking space that the hotel gave us. Unfortunately we were stuck somewhere at that time. It will be great if such things are informed earlier.

I had a wonderful experience at the 'Hotel Crown'. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Special thanks to receptionist 'Miss Jyoti Mehta' for these all and making our trip memorable.Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

I had high hopes for Hotel Crown in Amritsar due to its positive reviews, but my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. Despite the great reviews, my stay was far from satisfactory. The rooms were unclean, which was an unexpected letdown. What's more, the absence of a fan regulator in a property of this level was surprising and inconvenient. To make matters worse, we faced water scarcity in the toilet. When we raised this issue with the receptionist, their lack of apology and nonchalant attitude suggested that this was a recurring problem. During check-out, our experience took another hit. Inquiring about cab fare to the airport, we were quoted double the usual price, even though I knew the standard rates from previous visits. This dishonesty was the final straw in an already frustrating stay. I regret to say that based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel located in the main Bazaar. Very close to partition museum. Well connected to all the places. Golden temple is less than a km from here. Price is economical. Front desk staff are good. Their family room is nice, has nice ventilation with 2 beds. But beware some rooms are small and no ventilation. Nice hotel at nice location

This hotel is 10 mins distance from Golden Temple. They offer Double, Triple and 4. Rooms are clean, Air conditioning is good, Food taste is also good. Owner and Manager are polite and helping.
