Not worth the price. The service isn't that great for the price being asked. Room was unclean.
It's a bakwas hotel. Waste of money. Rooms are very old. Not cleaned properly. Washroom is very bad. No water. Only one old bedsheet on matras. You cnt even a cup of tea early morning. Very bad experience. If you are new to Haridwar better see the rooms and book. So many better hotels are there. I booked through Make my trip. By seeing the picture don't book. It's my sincere advice to you all.

hotel was normal. they have shown bathroom bath tab but not a single tub was available. so the cost of room was high as compared to its peers. i thought of bath tub while booking. so price was ok but no bath tub.
We stayed here for one night on 25th March 2017. We booked two Luxury rooms (Room No. 305, 306 were allotted to us). But there was nothing luxury in the rooms. Rooms were interconnected with a door. Both rooms were different. Though We haven't asked at reception for change rooms (becoz we reached there at midnight around 2:00 am). But you must give same rooms for same bookings. Service Staff was cooperative. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.
hotel was nice, no problem in hygienic wise but some basic facilities was missing Like towels n slippers were missing, else fine, if they provide all these services, then I can strongly say value for money. better than others in price n hygiene.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very clean comfortable and the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us food was very good
We had a really great stay. the rooms are very neat and clean cozy and spacious. Staff was very polite and helpful. Food was also nice. Amazing stay. Main this is parking. There is only 1 hotel in that area. They has its own parking. I recommend hote
