The location is not family friendly, however the food quality of restaurant is very good.

I booked 1 room for a day but only after 9 hrs they called me to vacate the room on asking the reason they told me that the other keeper didn't know about the policies and he promised you falsely over your stay Their rooms are expensive but not value for money even some locks are broken ,no security for your luggage Over all it was very bad experience for me

Went for marriage function service is average service staff makes a timing for food after time over food available but says food is finish we cant serve now and delayed in preparing food

A good place for get together, meetings, conferences etc.

Rooms are average and food offered is not good in this hotel overall it totally depends on how much you are spending o. Decoration if you are organising an event i just had a live band show today in hotel crown overall it was good experience but average ratings should be given according to the facilities provided by hotel crown

The customer service was horrible. My friends could not sleep whole night and were scared because some others kept fighting and shouting while drunk in the lobby. The management barely did anything to stop them immediately.

The location is great. Nice interiors. Though it needs a little maintenance work. Has a parking as well. Has no separate entrance for differentially able. Has nice rooms with efficient room service. Has a great cuisine with many continental to local dishes. The place is neat and tidy and has wi fi facility as well. Has many halls available for functions. Hosts some singing classes as well. Overall a good place.

Our small group of 20 had lunch here, though we had paid them for 40 adults but still the food was so bad that even if one would try such bad food can not be cooked. The manager tall boy was also so unhygienic and disgusting. Worst place to eat in Karnal. It is such a bad place that I won't mind dragging them to court and I waiting for approval to put their police complaint for fooling people and for making people eat stale food. This happened on 25 April 2021 afternoon
