Hotel is good compared to other, for family and couple. It has swimming pool, which is plus point. Only thing you have take note is, do not go to the inhouse restaurant, it is crazy expensive.

Nice Hotel with all necessary facility. Quite near to Taj Mahal. Overall a good experience.

Hotel receptionist was not welcoming,they didn't assist for street parking (as they didn't have their own parking space), didn't switch on the lights on reception as lights was deem,we asked to switch on the lights on corridor which leads to the room we have booked & they didn't even listen to this request, blanket/comforter was so rough that will ruin your entire night by making you sleepless.we requested for a fresh blanket,their staff came to check it in person & said as the locker was locked for blanket they will able to replace the blanket of same quality after 10:30 am on next day which was near to our check out time.we had our breakfast included with room, quantity of the food was so limited that when we asked for 2boiled egg they said it will charge extra.we are so disappointed for our experience.

It is an average hotel and average experience. Had to stay here due to last moment booking. Check-in was not smooth. Were given room late by one hour. Rooms are big but not very clean. Floor seemed sticky. There was a smell. Bathroom is okay. They provide shower gel, soap, and shampoo. Wifi was okay. Few channels on TV worked. Parking is open just outside the hotel entrance. Food was average.

We booked this hotel at last minute in our Agra visit. It's just one km away from Taj Mahal Eastern gate. Food quality is average. There were very less options in morning buffet. No dental kits were provided. Staff was cooperative. Washroom jet was leaking which maintenance guy changed in an hour. Overall average experience.

Perfect place to stay with family and 3 person rooms. Service: All staff is very humble. Amenities: TV,AC, elevator, electrical kettle, refrigerator, hot water ( ask timings because it is not available at all times). International charging socket switch need replacement. No hair dryer. Restaurant and their service is amazing.

Room size was good with basic amenities including electric kettle and washroom size was good enough for use but hot water taps were not working properly, very less water was coming out of taps , it took 20 minutes to fill a 15 litre bucket with hot water. Service was not so good here , no one is worried to take care of guest , took more than 1 hour to get drinking water. Very slow service. Only a Madam at reception was active but other staff was lazy. Overall experience was not good , u can choose this property if u have no options left . Smooth check-in and check-out

Very nice hotel and amenities, staff is polite and cooperative. Food was amazing...I have never had such tasty food anywhere. East gate of Taj Mahal is at walking distance from the hotel , It's a residential area with grocery shops and medical stores nearby so no need to worry if u need something in emergency.
