Location wise it was really good. Just walking distance from Quest Mall Kolkata. Or around 7 - 10 mins from 7 point Park Circus. Staff behaviour was really good. From Reception to house keeping, everyone was polite and helpful. Firstly I was given a room on the 4th floor. There I had faced a problem so they immediately changed my room, which was a bit small but ok. Would love to stay at this property again. Thank you for your hospitality.
The cleanliness in the room the area around the hotel was a concern. The shower was not working and the basin was a little leaky. The room size was ok and the service was ok. The location was a concern considering the cleanliness in the surrounding.
One of the best hotel in Kolkata, i stayed three nights and it feels awesome. Daily room cleaned by housekeeping, checked in early on 9am but no extra charges taken by them..... thank you guys and specially the Manager who helped us...,,
Biggest mistake I made was that i booked it for 4 days without staying one day at the hotel first. The rooms were old and dirty, the park circus area where the hotel was situated felt so unsafe and dirty. I stayed with my family looking at the reviews but it was no more. One thing i liked about the hotel was the staff there very polite and helpful but I would still not recommend it as there was a constant fear even though we just came to the hotel for sleeping. You would not want to get out of the room, as the hotel offers nothing.
Very professional and hospitable front desk. Rooms are clean and bathroom was cleaned and dried when I checked in. It's located near Park Circus with the auto line going in front of it. Overall 9/10
This is a good hotel at Park circus area .The behaviour of Manager was very good and polite. I recommend every one to stay at this hotel for any business purposes or any family with their children can stay as the hotel has security at the main gate . The hotel is clean and there is no mosquito. behaviour, room service, cleanness etc
