Staffs are good and very helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. 10 minutes walking distance from Karol bag metro station. Food is also available outside.

If you are searching for a average hotel in Delhi amazing to stay in... it's in mid of Karol Bagh which is amazing..!! So you get amazing food and amazing shopping once u get down..!! However the hotel is very simple and average and we booked it through bank of Maharashtra so it costed us just 1000 for 2days..!!

I have got very very bad and horrible experience there. First time I was in that kind of hotel and will never even suggest to anybody ever. Room is very dirty, bathroom taps are leaking, no room service, hotel staffs are very unprofessional, even bedding was so dirty (I have seen many hairs of previous occupants). Nobody can imagine my worst stay there, I vacated the room on very next day. Never go to this hotel. That kind of hotels should be shut down.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. Except for a couple for minor issues like non-functioning of WiFi and difficulty in mobile charging power plug everything was fine. Staff members on reception and gate were decent and welcoming. I would like to give the experience a 4-star rating. Thank you.

Was staying in this hotel from last more than 4 years. But this time it was the worst experience ever. Will never stay in this hotel. Newly appointed staff doesn't have manners how to talk with the customers. They are least bothered about the services especially housekeeping.

The hotel location is excellent and is just 4 to 6 minutes walking distance from Karol Bagh Metro Station and shopping centre. We reached at 4am in the morning and were greeted warmly by front office staff. They asked for tea or coffee and made us feel like we were at home. We booked for 2 rooms and were given interconnecting rooms for family. The rooms are clean and furnishings and I was really impressed with the breakfast buffet at the restaurant with lavish menu. The wifi was fast and an amazing dry cleaning service which made it so easy to travel lightly. Would surely visit next time.

The issues faced are 1. No wifi 2. Restaurant was booked for conference. 3. Phone damaged(they repaired it though) 4. Some rooms are very small! 5. There was some construction work going due to which we could not sleep at nite. 6. High priced food Management is good. Staff is well behaved. Food is ok.

Disappointing customer experience in this hotel. Rooms are rickety, unclean, toilets are stinking and baseins are choked. Wifi has no speed. I stayed with family here and had booked 2 rooms. It was a dinner and breakfast package. No buffet was kept and we were asked to order ala carte. Upon ordering, staff said it would now be chargeable and behaved rudely. Delivery time was about 45 minutes after ordering. When I escalated the matter to duty manager, one Mr Dev who was in charge further picked up an argument with me and said that he is not bothered about customers. Never have I seen such rude staff. Overall a disappointing experience hence caution customers before booking here. If you book, please be ready to face utter disappointment
