Rooms good.. but staff not polite,, mr Sajid over reception was very very rude to behave.. No parking in hotel.. i have to pay 1200 Rs for 6 to 8 hrs for parking,, unbelievable.. Rs 200 per hour parking charges in front of hotel..so try to avoid this hotel...

not bad but good compare to other hotels . location is prime. safe for Family. staff is good .manager is also wel mannered.although rating is 3 star

Very small hotel rooms are available on higher price. The toilet room is very small and without ventilation. No proper wash basin fixed properly. The dinning room on first floor is very terrible and in unhygienic condition. Dirty floor of the restaurant and kitchen.

A good place to be when you want to explore the heritage part of the city. Firstly, very happy with the room service boys with their polite attitude and the hospitality. A defective light change request for the bathroom took a few minutes to address. Wide one-way road in front of the hotel, almost a walkable distance from the famous CST rail station makes it a good and convenient place to stay. Sufficiently big-size deluxe category of room for a family (including one kid). The multistoried building is at the backside which is not really easily visible from front. Our room was given on the 6th floor of the building and one other friend was on the 9th floor. Getting a taxi in front of the hotel is a matter of moment. A premium restaurant with good interior decor and tasty food "Ustadi" at the next door which serves food till 3:00am is a plus. Famous Crawford market for shopping is at a walkable distance. Downside, no much food place options nearby. No dedicated parking place. The pavement in front of the hotel is not so clean to walk happily.

I don't know whom to blame for spoiling my stay, Goibibo or hotel itself. I booked the hotel for 3 nights for my family after reading reviews and after checking the pictures of the property.I ended up getting frustrated. Let's start with the service first- staff is rude. You will be served with super low grade plastic cutlery in room service. When you ask for steel cutlery they will refuse saying you might steel it. You will have paper cups in both room service and in buffet. You can order food from Swiggy/Zomato but staff will not deliver it to your rooms. Also staff argue with you and will enlighten you that you have not booked a 5 star hotel so you better know your limits. When I showed them the pics was shown on the site staff said talk to Goibibo about it and to add more about hotel being 3 star on the site, staff said no we are not 3 star hotel and suggested to talk to Goibibo again. Now the food- it was not tasty at all especially tea. You will have only two options for breakfast omelette bread and poha. I had breakfast only once and for rest of the days I preferred out side food. Now the property - it was under construction. Walls were not painted included our room. Washroom was tiny. Overall it's not even worth of 1 star. Don't waste your money on this one. Go for other options.

Rooms are good, but hotel needs investment in common areas.

I like the location of hotel. Rooms are quite small as comparing to the cost of hotel. Facilities - Refrigerator ,Tv, Ac, H& C water, etc. washroom- OK ok.. clean ...i feel, Dryer should be need. kitchen- Very much expensive than usual. I think they are ordering from Ustad restaurants which is beside the hotel. I reached at 9am... and I was happy as I get to check in before 12... staff is nice. overall experience- GOOD.

Too much worst Reception staff, They don't co operate anyone, talking with customer very rude
