Neat rooms with limited parking. Rooms didn't even have tooth paste, brush. Complimentary breakfast is below average with very limited options. Nothing is hot even at 8.30am itself. They didn't even serve water in the table, when asked about it, the staff was not giving responsible answer definitely would not recommend anyone.
Good hotel with spacious rooms and complimentary breakfast. The location is close to the mattuthavani bus stop. They agreed for a day halt and provided me with necessary arrangements. The staff were helpful. Overall a good budget stay if you are visiting Madurai.
away from city center, but near to busy road , very costly....lack of proper parking make it more tough,. Rooms were neat and clean, facilities were good, but could have been much better if there was parking and little pocket friendly.
Not a good Hotel in regards to the washrooms and cleanliness. AC was not working properly but the reception provided with a fan so it worked. But not worth hotel as far as breakfast is concerned. Not so clean
The pros are they have a kettle, hair dryer, neat and good looking rooms, good staff, good A/C, situated at a good location accessible to nearby tourist spots. The cons are standard rooms are small, no fan, TV did not work even for small winds, the restaurant food is very average and parking is limited.
We stayed at CR Grand Madurai on July 29th and 30th our experience was not great. The room was not cleaned properly had so much dust for which I'm allergic and ended up taking inhalers on both days. There were lizards and mosquitos in the room as well. Ofcourse there was mosquitos repellent so that was helpful. I would not stay in this hotel again. Hope the management takes this seriously and clean the room properly for future guest.
Stayed almost 6/7 times out here in the first floor.. excellent rooms and great staff... Met Mr Sudhakar and his efficient team ... Parking is the only issue but even that they tc of driving it and parking it safely...
The room was good quality and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was good. The service was good. Overall a good hotel.
