Overall it was good stay with friendly and polite staff. The rooms were spacious and food was good. Though need to work a little on their hygiene in dining area .

Very good Hotel, rooms are quite comfortable and cleaned. Staff is very supportive and able to make changes on request. Food quality is awesome.

Worst kind of hotel experience ever faced . No professionals have been hired by the hotel . food in serving part as well as cutlery is worst . food has been served in open bowls not covered even . No casseroles are available. Not working intercoms. Allotted room was full of Insects. Brekfast was not provided on due time and not provided even!!!. Despite telling bhart tour's executive no intervention was there to improve the services. Electricity failure despite gen set and not restored for hour. Shabby kitchen and dining area, full of filthy smell. Stay away from it . It is suggested.

Rooms are really good, i would have definitely given 5 star but services was really disappointing .people didn't help to shift the luggage during checkout very very very disappointed

Hotel provides an above average experience in totality. Rooms are hygienic enough and the food is good as well.
