hotel is good, staff behaviour was appreciable. ambience also good. room size is okay. cleaning was outstanding. in breakfast, buffet was there and south n North Indian food was good. South Indian food is specialisation bcoz many South Indian visitors in groups are on regularity. I recommend for business visitors n family group also.

Costa River is a 3-Star hotel in Varanasi located in Varanasi Cantonment area. The hotel is having 33 rooms. The Room 301 where I stayed was spacious and amenities like 2 litres mineral water, electric kettle with tea and coffee sachets, laundry, locker, etc. were available. The service was quite fast and good. Food was good but the price of food was much higher than what it should be in a 3-Star hotel. Complementary breakfast had a lot of options. I have seen some negative reviews about the hotel but I found the hotel quite nice actually. Front desk officials including Mr Sujit was kind and helpful. The hotel also have a package tour facility of the city and neighborhood which you could avail with a fee.

This used to be one of the most value for money hotels until 2020. Have stayed over here multiple times earlier. Now it has been one of the worst hotels based on my personal experience recently. No welcome drink offered at check in. Soiled Tea Cup was kept in the room. Hand towel, bathroom sleepers, Dental and Shaving Kits, Shoe Shiner weren't in the room. Cleaning the washroom wasn't up to the mark. The iron board was dirty and the iron had some sticky things on its base so you can't take a chance to iron your white shirt. In toto it's no more worth it now.

Very decent hotel in Varanasi with good options for breakfast.Location:- located at cantonment area surrounding with lots of good hotels around it location is safe and you can get auto ,texi throughout day and night.Rooms:- Small but nice and beautiful clean good for 2 people max .Food:- Food is good in the price that is changed.Check-in:- was quick and easy within 5min got the clean room 201 please check the details of check in and check out time for convenience.Washrooms:- neat and clean with basic amenities.but too small . Had a decent stay and will come again to this place as the rooms and service which is given in the price is ok .not bad at all.Don't expect to get feelings of 5 Star property when you choose budget hotels. This property is ok if you choose in the category of hotels .

Varanasi's best hotel in affordable price, room were neat & clean, quality of food with variety's were superb taste! Well mannered restaurant staff specially services of Ruby khan's courtesy was excellent and front desk & housekeeping staff too! We were a team of 44 people who stayed for 2 nights and we enjoyed the hospitality, the ambiance and food with clean atmosphere in the hotel premises! Thanks to all management and staff for making our stay the best , Will look forward to come over again!

My worst experience with this hotel . I have booked this hotel via make may trip and there it was stated as make my trip value stay. Even so the room are and bathroom were quite small for the prize you pay. The room was uncleaned as you all can see the in the picture there was a cluster of hair lying near the bed and there are pest all over as you can see in the video and this is a 3 star hotel .there receptionists is also talking rudely.when we contacted the make my trip they told that will talk to hotel and even after that no resolution to my problem and they make my trip even charges you convience fee telling that in their make my value trip they had partnered with the hotel and see it for themselves but as you can see it was my worst experience with the prize they have charged $$$$ . If you try to book this hotel please read my review and by reading this you will save your money and will have a wonderful experience with your friends and family . let me tell you about the food if you are willing to stay Everyday you will get different food like one day you will get nice food the other day the food will not have any salt to it and when you complain about it they will say we sorry for your inconvenience and their is no resolution to your problem and even though you have to pay for that bad meal that you receive . You will not get any privacy whenever you are out they will enter your room without your permission and clean your room when all your stuff is outside lying around and you know what they also steal their stuff as for me my choclate was stolen from my luggage. So beware of this hotel before you book it . Even if you book it for any reason then dont book it from make my trip they will charge you fee and dont even give you and resolution

Food quality is not good and over all good experience. The room is cleaned before the check inn but so many times I called in the reception for the room cleaning not a single response given by the hotel management.
