Hotel Coral Heights, Ambalapuzha. - Hotel in Ambalapuzha - Alappuzha, India

I stayed this hotel. There are lot of problems in this hotel. 1. No hot water in room. They also tell it is available between 6 to 10 am . But it will never come room. 2. Service is horrible 3. We booked a deluxe room and it has bottle cap and chicken left over. Later they replaced room. 4. I don't give any rating due to location. Unfortunately you can find alot of hotel in that area. So location is not a postive point. 5. Food is very average. 6. Cleanness rating can be zero.

Okay for short stays. If all you expect is a nearby hotel from railway station or the temple; a place to get some rest and quick shower, then it's a good option. Bed is super cosy and comfortable. Hygiene is compromised because of cockroach infestations. Food is average and spicy. Ps: Good if your service-level expectations are minimum. Otherwise, look for better alternatives for better service.

Clean rooms, staffs are very polite and good service too.. Food - Breakfast, lunch and dinner are really superb.. Chinese varieties of food are tastier..

We stayed here for one night... Overall experience was not very pleasant... We asked for a room away from bar but they allotted one jus above it... The whole corridor was smelling of alcohol and cigarette smell... There was flies in the coffee that we ordered to room... There kitchen was closed for maintenance so there was no buffet breakfast for which we have paid earlier... Ond good thing was the rooms were good...

Located close to both Amabalapuzha railway station and Sree Krishna temple, this place is easily accessible. The staff is courteous. The rooms were not as good as advertised though especially for the price they are charging. It is about time they refurnished the place and painted it. The bathroom was well maintained. The food in the in-house restaurant is decent but not anything special. The breakfast was good. Please be mindful of a bar that is attached to this place which can be a turn off for some people as you may find a few people staring but we did not find it to be much of an issue.

Location is the best attraction of Coral Heights. Hotel is one of the well managed and well served hotels in Alappuzha district. Corals heights have a good restaurant and banquet halls for reception and other board functions. They are very close to the very famous Ambalappuzha sree krishna temple so any one planning to visit here can look for room at coral. Also, they have a good BAR and executive Bar is best among the category. Neatness, accessibility, parking space, quality service are the main attraction

Went for brunch/an early lunch at 11:30 am. Was told only fresh fruit juices were available; orange, pineapple & watermelon. At the end, only watermelon juice was served. Nothing 4-star to write about! The only good service was by the Security Staff at the hotel.

There was only one waiter at night. He was also acting as the room service guy. The kitchen was closed. We felt hungry at night, but there was nothing available
