Average hotel what they charge for room but facilities not provided room are aslo small,even food is also not good not maintained quality for food. Only best part for the hotel is that is on main road other thing are good, its not hotel its is lodge..

* The atmosphere and neatness are average and more to improve.

Rooms are very average. I have stayed at better hotels in the state. Would not recommend.
Hotel is okay but the behaviour of the hotel staffs and management is very rude and belligerent towards the guest.
In my sincere advice please don't stay in this Hotel neither alone or with family.

The rooms are very untidy, run-down, have plaster falling off the walls.
I got a room with a good view, which was the only plus point.
The entire room was shabby- had dirty sofas.
Some dirty muddy water was constantly dripping from the washroom ceiling - this filled the entire toilet seat and cause a bad stench in the washroom.
After constant follow ups they finally resolved it a day before check out :/
There is a power outage/short circuit atleast 3 times in the day, you'll have the raise the MCB and then they restart the electricity.
The staff who handles the reception at night is very rude.
I had a bus from BLR at night that would reach Madikeri early morning. I had informed the hotel about my arrival timings much in advance and they said if rooms aren't available you can stay at the looby for till then (which I was okay with- rather than staying outside at an odd hour).
When I reached Madikeri, he spoke very harshly. Cut the phone on my face and said he'll check the recording of any such discussion being made.
Positive - Breakfast is nice, safe place.
Early check-in before 10.30 requires 850 rs extra payment. So if u r planning to reach coorg early morning amd freshen up there to save the day, be ready to pay extra. Also, the intercom in the room wasn't working nor was ur own mobile data. Their wifi can stop and u need to ask them to restart time and again. The other side rooms have no view from the balcony. Only the family suite and super deluxe rooms right at the front and the back are good.
It was a beautiful place and it has a best view. Service is very good with quick response. Buffet has more delicious dishes.

In a nutshell- this hotel is in Prime location, easy access to Raja seat (walkable distance), Mandalpatti (front desk can arrange Jeep safari to/fro from hotel at fair price- we paid 3k), room was clean and spacious.
