Hotel Concord Galaxy - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

Someone was smoking in their room, and it spread into my room through the common ducts.. tragic experience. Room size is small, practically no space except the best. The location was superb, as it was right at 5 metres to the entry gate of Marol Naka Metro station.

I had an amazing experience. I had booked four rooms, and they upgraded one of them free of charge. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned. The location of the hotel is really good, with a metro station nearby. If you are looking for a hotel near the airport, you should book it.

No one attends the landline. There was no internet connectivity and if asked they will say it is there but only the reception and the rooms cannot access it. No service person picks up call, no reception person picks up call. Worst place in Mumbai. The room is not worth the amount.

Best budget hotel with clean rooms in surrounding area, room service with restaurant rate, good food quality at affordable rate, nearest budget hotel to airport....

They can improve their services. They don't even provide water bottles with booking. They charge you for water bottles (Make it free with every booking, 1 bottle a day). Keep washrooms clean and showers proper and not like weather is coming from anywhere. Rooms are bit small but manageable. The staff is polite and cool. Improve your service please.

The room was not clean at all, I swept the room and the bathroom in the first 5 minutes of being there. The bedsheets, blanket cover and pillow cover still had previous tenants hairs on them. The staff won't listen to you or make eye contact they just walk away as you are speaking. No room service at all- there was no phone available in the room. The manager tried to give us a different room and the blanket cover had some distress marks on them and the staff indirectly forced us to take the new room. After all this I asked them if I can get the blanket changed the staff didn't know how to change blanket covers. Just awful experience in all I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Honestly...it was a very good experience here.We stayed for 2 days here on first floor and were very impressed by the condition of the room at this price point and quality of the service.Room service was prompt and active.Courteous and great helpful staff members. Located just below Metro station ..so saves a lot of time,money of travelling also.Overall a must go stay for all ....(only some things to note:- rooms are little small with no windows, every sound will go in and out of the room. Some crawling insects seen on the ground floor,better avoid ground floor) Else

A Pleasant Experience! Pros: Exactly under at Marol Metro provides convenient connectivity. Co operative & Humble Staff/Management. Lot of Restaurants around to order food. 5 Mins away from Terminal 2. Delux Room is pretty spacious. Cooling of AC is powerful enough. Decent furniture. 24 hours hot water. Cons: The price paid is a little on the higher side considering the Room and Hotel. There is a lack of water pressure. Maximum TV channels are paid. Although TV wasnt available for entire day coz of technical reasons.
