The outer appearance is good, rooms are average and staff is pretty rude, quite contrary to how hospitality industry people should be. We requested them for room extension and even after multiple followups they didnt confirmed on it and at the last moment asked for high price wherein price was told less in prior day. For the namesake they served buffet breakfast which doesnt meet standards of a buffet. It hardly had 5 items to eat. Also they have limited staff members and old ones so one have to help in picking luggage
We stayed here with family only one night. It's a nice hotel for a short stay. They have hot water 24 h. There is a lot of potential here. The hotel can be better. For eg, the TVs don't work in the family room. Overall, the stay was good for the time we needed.

Pros: 1. Spacious, adequately-furnished, neat and well-maintained room. Bed, pillow etc are very clean and fresh. 2. Exceptionally clean washroom with hot water available 24X7. Towel/dress rack is a notable missing though. 3. Courteous and friendly staff. 4. Availability of an attached full-fledged Multi cuisine Restaurant that serves variety food that is tasty and reasonably-priced. Also the complimentary Veg breakfast has a decent spread. 4. Good parking space, though not covered! Cons: 1. Location is quite far off from the bustling Kanyakumari town and its various tourist spots (about 3 to 3.5kms). 2. Lodge-type ambience. The ambience is not what one expect from a typical 3 star hotel. Not swanky! 3. Has to specifically ask for kettle/milk&tea sachets. 4. The attached coffee shop (only place to get tea other than in the morning) is poorly kept with very few options (only tea/coffee! No snacks).
The hotel is right on the highway. The rooms are very small. It seems that we have fallen asleep on the way. There is no facility to keep clothes in the bathroom. Food is also useless. Services are useless.
Rooms were clean and properly made. Location is good. It's right on the Kanyakumari highway. That's one of the negative point as well because you will hear horns whole day and night. But their service is the worst. No matter whatever you ask to them, they will either say no or will delay it. If your meal is included, they will give you only 5-6 options. Worst ever service.
The best hotel in Kanyakumari. Though this hotel is a bit far away from the centre but if you like great view from your room and a peaceful stay than this is it. This hotel is providing 5 star services in 3 star price. They have all the amenities like Air conditioner, hot water, provides (soap, shampoo, conditioner), lift. They have clean rooms and bathrooms as shown in the picture. And the best part of this hotel is their restaurant. They serve hygienic and tasty food. All in all I'm fully satisfied that I chose this hotel.
