Worst service ever, no rooms available even on advance booking, upon arrival got to know that room is not available, was asking for more price. Wasted around 1 hour in hotel without any outcome. Worst hotel experience in city. Highly avoidable.

The place is located in a commercial complex, rooms are so so , you don't have the option to change Aircon temperature (dependency on staff). Basic complementary toiletries were filthy suggest that you don't use it.
